When I came to Michelle with my divorce, there was a lot of things that needed to be corrected/changed. Ms. Cimino worked with the female referee in my case my ex wife and my ex wife’s attorney to purposely undermine my case my ex wife presented a letter from an eye doctor the eye Doctor was a friend of my ex wife’s the letter enabled my ex wife to cancel a court ordered deposition so she could go on vacation with her Boyfriend. This deposition was the 3rd such deposition that my ex wife canceled and it cost $3500 to bring this motion to compel her to be deposed just because she had a letter from an eye doctor saying she had nervous eyes! Ms. Cimino allowed the referee to cancel the deposition

Michelle has been nothing but wonderful with my custody case. I found that many other lawyers were easy to fold to what the opposing counsel wanted, however Michelle went in ready for a fight knowing what I wanted and fought for it. Michelle was awesome to work with. She showed professionalism and suggested different approaches. I felt like she was as invested in the case as I was.
