Please note: We do not bill escrow. Full payment from both BUYER and SELLER is required before the tests are scheduled. Water analysis results will be forwarded directly from Neilson Research Company by either email or fax. We will not release well flow test results or water analysis results to any person other than the seller or buyer and/or their agent(s).
By signing up for Siskiyou Pump's Preferred Upkeep and Maintenance Program (P.U.M.P.) we will come out once or twice a year to inspect your pump system, repair any minor issues we discover and make recommendations on any larger repairs that may need to be scheduled. Being a member of the Preferred Upkeep and Maintenance Program, you are in control of the repairs on YOUR time AND BUDGET!

Not having water is stressful and for us it happened over night. Siskiyou Pump had helped me in the past so I called them again. They were booked out for 2 weeks but rearranged some non emergency appointments and made time for us in 2 days.
Brian came out and replaced our well pump and we were up and going by the end of the day. All the folks at Siskiyou Pump are curtious down to earth people. I will use them again if the need arises and you should too.

Great company to work with. Scheduling was about 4-6 weeks out from when we signed. They came out when it was scheduled and crew was very nice and professional. They had to work through the rain but got our holding tank installed and the pump all hooked up. System is working great. Would highly recommend them for holding tanks, pump service, or anything else to do with your well.

Highly recommend Siskiyou Pump service for any of your well needs! They were prompt in coming out to our place to diagnose the issue we were having with our well. They were able to come out same day right before a holiday weekend. They were knowledgeable and advised us on the correct pump we needed for our well. In addition, they stayed in touch and troubleshooted over the phone after the diagnosis to ensure we were able to get our well going as they didn’t have the availability to come back out as needed. They have the commitment to customer service like no other!

Siskiyou Pump Service Inc. installed 2 separate, custom Water Purification/Filter systems in my home. I shopped around and could not find anyone that came close to the price that they bid and they difference between them and their competitors was SIGNIFICANTLY lower!
The office scheduler was easy to get in touch with and and even easier to work with.
The service technician was professional, timely, and very knowledgable. He answered all of my questions, gave me a detailed tutorial on the system, and gave me a follow up call the next day to ensure everything was working smoothly.

We needed a new pressure tank in a new location. Cory knew exactly what was needed to get the job done. Cory and Chad were on time, very skilled in there trade, and took there time to get the job done right. We now have increased water pressure and plan on having the back to do a water softening system for us. We would highly recommend their services.

I had Siskiyou out today to replace my Inline 400 pressure booster. It was only after trying repeatedly to contact two other plumbers that had worked on my house's water system in the past, not getting my calls/emails returned, that I reached out to Siskiyou.
Reached a live, courteous employee who scheduled my appointment. She followed up with me the night before to confirm appt, and then day of employee (Justin) called to let me know he would be a few minutes. No problem, great communication all around.
Justin was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made some (no pressure) great recommendations

I had a Water Softener in my well pump house and a Reverse Osmosis system installed under my kitchen sink. I had absolutely no problems with this company, before during or after the installation. The on time technician was professional, knowledgeable and skilled. I would absolutely recommend Siskiyou Pump Service for this type of work. I would use them again.

Sometimes you just get to experience people with a passion and love for what they do and this was the case with Cory and Chad of Siskiyou Pump Service. Cory and Chad came to do an appraisal for some work and the balance of professionalism and friendliness was perfect. The job entailed removing a Hodgepodge of well plumbing originally set up many years ago, and worse, built onto later. The system included a pressure tank as well. It was a mess!

Not even one year after Siskiyou installed our water softener, we are re-doing it because the inferior parts they used are already rusting. They used a metal elbow instead of PVC that has already began to leak rust into our water supply. They made a mess of tubes and the install was real crap. Don't use these amateurs'.

Justin and the team at Siskiyou Pump Service are awesome! We have called them out to our home on two separate occasions, and both times they came and fixed our issues in a quick, efficient, and friendly manner. I can't recommend them enough. We've had one other company come out on one occasion, and did not have as good of an experience (the tech from the other company was inexperienced and not very efficient, which ended up costing a lot more than it should have). Will only be using Siskiyou in the future!

Total ripoff. They charged an outrageous hourly rate and sent someone inexperienced that had to keep calling the office for help. Called them because my water stopped working after they installed a water softener. They said they'd send someone in the morning and didn't mention a price. The guy screwed around for 4 hours and replaced a circuit breaker that didn't need to be replaced. Said he can't fix the problem and handed us a $400 bill. Called the office and they tried to justify the charge and say that a repair was made, then kept asking the technician for details and finally

Tech came out in response to an electrical issue with my pump controller/protector. Ended up bypassing the part, his solution which he did not explain or clear with me until he'd finished. So I'm left with no protection, but a pressure system that works. He promised an estimate for a replacement part plus installation, and never delivered, even though I texted him several times and offered two different email addresses. So he billed me for his time, didn't solve my root problem, implemented a temporary solution without clearing it with me first; then, totally ghosted me. How is that

Siskiyou came through for us! We bought a home with a pump that was not configured properly. The issue was not fixed the first visit and the service rep Cory even came back after hours on his own time to try again. Unfortunately could not repair the issue. Then Justin the owner came out and told us "he was going to make it right" and he did! Installed the appropriate filters and UV system. We now have a reliable pump system that we no longer have to worry about when we leave the house! They were committed to get the job done and done right!

We needed our irrigation pump replaced and they were the people we hired to replace the pump. Overall they did a nice job replacing the pump but they did not follow through and the pump ran for 18 minutes and then it would shut down. I contacted them to come back and make it right but they were busy and it was difficult to contact them. (I called them twice they called me back once and there was no other contact with them) I ended up figuring out how to fix it the pump myself by replacing the pressure switch... something in my humble opinion they should have done on a new installation.
