Started our day with no water the other day, called Green Valley and they were there in about 15 minutes! WOW. Maybe we were just lucky, all I know is were are grateful. The woman on the phone was friendly and had a good sense of humor. Eric, the tech who helped us, was professional, friendly and efficient. Perfect experience. We will definitely recommend them and never call anyone else.

Was way over priced for having someone come to my house and say our pump is working. It’s a 20 min drive from their business to my house. Yet they billed for 1.5hours at their rate. My wife crawled under the house and found the broken water pipe. Though, the invoice makes it sound like they found the broken pipe... will not do business with them again.

My realtors recommended green valley. I have had nothing but frustration ever since trying to work with them. The level of incompetence from their extra cheery but completely disorganized support staff to their angry, incapable servicemen defies imagination. Again and again I have tolerated lost messages, misplaced notes, faulty conclusions, and ignored requests for service. I am officially changing companies even though green valley put in my original system.

Did not have a good experience with this company, phone was answered most unprofessionally, the service appointment was over a week later and the call back did not occur and the repairman wasn't interested in coming out to do the work, I called another company and had next day service, wish I had called the other company in the beginning. I do not recommend this company.

If so zero stars was an option, that's what they would get . They don't return. Three days in a row they did not return our phone calls as they promised they would. We had an emergency with our well pump. They did not act professionally and return our phone call as they promised. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend them to anyone.
