We are working hard to assist the Rockford, Belmont, Comstock Park, Cedar Springs, Belding, Grand Rapids, and much of the West Michigan area with various insurance needs, such as, auto, home, condo, renters, life, and health. I have been proudly doing so since 2015 and have been with State Farm since 2010.
Last year, there were at lot of changes in Michigan around the auto insurance laws. 2021 is great year to meet with an insurance agent that understands the new law and can assist you with your coverage. We are now able to run virtual appointments! I graduated from Wabash College in 2006 with a BA in psychology and concentration in business.

I have given them 3 years to get my insurance info and personal info correct. Very impersonal. I call and explain what I need in detail and my service has been awful. If they actually listened and heard what we had to say I would’ve given them a great review! I’m so disappointed that after 3 years my service still sucks. They’re nice but when they… do nothing correctly and they do nothing that you asked of them it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. When we first became clients they insured us at the wrong address. We asked for car rental coverage and never got that until

What a joke. none of their people can do simple changes to policies. I cancelled my auto because they want to charge me for a policy I paid in full. then a month later I get notified that they cancelled my home owners. and home insurance never came up in any conversation since I inquired on it. beware if you deal with this agent.

Justin is great. Any time I have any issues he'll drop whatever he's doing to make sure everything gets handled as soon as possible. He's always trying to find new ways to save me money. I don't have to worry about a thing because I know he'll take care of everything for me. I'd definitely recommend using this agency to anyone in the West Michigan area.
