I couldn't ask for better service than what was provided by the State Farm staff. Jillian and Anna are both pleasant and professional. Not to mention extremely proficient. Within 30 minutes of filing my claim I had all the information I needed, as well as a rental car that was available to me the same day. All of my calls were taken and questions answered, which gave me the peace of mind I needed due to my circumstances.

Robert reached out to me during a particular trying part of my life. Instead of being the typical salesperson, he was empathetic, kind and listened to my needs. Lizzy Gort was super helpful and fast with responding accordingly. I started home insurance and Car insurance in about a day or two. She was on top of any questions I had and was looking at every scenario to make sure I saved the most money. She responded even after hours if I had questions. Most insurance companies don’t care once they clock out but not this company. Lizzy works whenever her clients need her. 10/10 recommend. Don’t hesitate to call and work with this company.

I stumbled upon the McDougall agency through a Google search and wow, was I pleasantly surprised. Anna Jackson responded to my email right away with the answers I was seeking. She really cared about addressing my personal situation rather than simply selling me a bunch of service I didn't need. State Farm was the only auto insurer I could find willing to allow me to easily put cars I wasn't using in "storage," which saved me a bundle of money.
