I shopped around for 6 mounts looking for the right Toy Hauler. All of you know when you are looking around the sales people are high pressure and each one of them tell you they have the best price. At major rv they leave everything open when you come on the lot to look at the trailers. I just wanted to take my time alone to think about what I needed to do.

Very pleased with our first rv purchase, couldnt have gone any better. Steve and Jeremy were super nice and honest. Price for the rv was unbelievable, checked out a few other rv dealerships and it was not even close. After we enjoy our 5th wheel, If i ever decide to get a toy hauler i know where ill be going. We were new to the camping world and had interest in buying a travel trailer so we went to Major RV. We searched all over California and nearby states but Major RV had the best price.Our salesman Gerson was genuine and very helpful. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and we never felt pressured to buy. The purchasing experience was pleasant and there were no games or hidden charges. Shopped all around SoCal, went to many different dealerships looking for a travel trailer but couldn't find what we wanted. Researched online and found the one at Major RV. Price was right and customer service was ON POINT. The purchasing process was painless and we picked it up in under a week. We've brought It back twice for two minor warranty issues and working with Steve Arias and his team has been a pleasure. Even though it's a three hour trip for us, we would not go anywhere else. I was hesitant to buy our family’s new Toyhauler, a Genesis Vortex 1915LE at our local RV dealership. Jeremy was very helpful in showing us a couple of units and and let me take measurements of the cargo area so that I can fit a 4 seat side by side (2021 RZR XP 4 Turbo). It was a a very positive experience and my wife and I we were very pleased with both the sale and service departments as they also sold and installed a brake controller and anti-sway hitch on our tow vehicle on site. Great job to all. Update: I had an issue with my AC unit Steve and Adam (Service Dept) resolved the issue very

I purchased my trailer out of state and Major RV had no problem whatsoever doing the warranty work for me. They scheduled my appointment and closer to the date they called me to reschedule because they were behind on work. They said that they could get the approval before my service date so that there wouldn't be any hiccups. My issues weren't major so they said that they could have them fixed while I waited. I am impressed with their business and they were not only willing to help me but they were honest. Other dealerships will just let your rig sit on the lot for weeks till they get

The staff at Major RV are top notch and exceptional. They were upfront with the Toy hauler we bought and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Our overall experience was comfortable and there was never any pressure to something we didn’t want to do. Jeremy was excellent with keeping us updated on the planned arrival of our Forest River Sandstorm 242slc and stayed with us until the final signature. This place is amazing! Ken is a parts wizard. When no one in a 100 mile radius had a discontinued replacement fridge handle for our 5th wheel, he made two sets magically appear and I bought both! The sales and service team is just as incredible. When we went in to get our new coach, they took the time to answer every little question we had. I drove to several dealers within 100 miles of Chino Hills and did months of research before purchasing my new toy hauler. If you want a no bs straight up deal with legit dudes I highly recommend Major RV. Also for whatever reason all the other dealers only wanted to sale me Vortex toy haulers they had in stock. Brandon and Jeremy has no problem special ordering my unit exactly how I wanted it (Vortex 3619v by Genesis Supreme).

Great experience with my Dynamax Motorhome repair. There was a recall on the slide control module. I first called Range RV and they informed me that they only performed recalls on units sold by them. I called Major RV and talked to Steve in service and he contacted Dealer for parts. Steve called me 9 days later to tell me parts were in and scheduled an appointment for the next week.
Today the repair was done while I waited.

Of course, like ALL RV dealerships/repair facilities, they will take care of their rv sales customer's first with get in times earlier and lower prices, as with any RV dealership/repair facility would...and should That's just common business sense.

We purchased a new Genesis Supreme Vortex 3219VXL and received excellent customer service. We initially had another toy hauler in mind but Brandon took the time to discuss our wants/needs and then allowed us the time to take everything in to consideration and make a decision. He gave a very thorough walk through leaving no stone unturned.
I'd also like to mention that the guys who helped prep the trailer were also very helpful. I asked them for their impressions of each trailer and their information was invaluable in helping us make a decision.
