I stopped in before going to the doctors which is next door, asked if someone could adjust my glasses, sorry I asked. The technician cracked my frames, she hurried and heated the frames up so the material might adhere I didn’t have time to ask what should I do now. I stopped in this morning after not getting a call back because they don’t check there voicemail. They could see and feel the crack and basically said sorry we can’t help you even though we know that we cracked your frame. I would stay away from Magna Eye Care, there are many other clinics to look at.

Dr. and staff are great. When I go in I feel like I'm visiting old friends. They are very flexible. We had to cancel two appointments last-minute due to COVID exposure and the staff was very understanding. The staff even makes it fun for kids. They have a cool playroom. And, they keep their word. When my wife needed a prescription mailed to us out-of-state over the holidays they got it done! I highly recommend Dr. Kory White and his practice!

I was told I would have my glasses within 10 days of the day of my appointment that my glasses would be made I called often 2 full weeks of business days and they still have not received my glasses. I was lied to and I am still waiting after spending this amount of money anywhere else I would have had my eye glasses. So I will not ever be back to Magna eye care.

I went in as they specialized in an eye condition i have. Before going in I verified over the phone and then in person that my insurance would cover 100% of everything contacts, exam, fitting etc... other than my $50 copay. After the fitting it was weeks before I finally called them back to inquire on my contacts, They still had not ordered them. A few weeks went by and they still had not contacted me, So i called again and they said my prescription was going to be in soon.
I waited a week and after calling drove in and they had my speciality contact but not my reg contatcs for the other eye,

This place is the best!! They are so friendly and helped me with everything I needed. I was also really indecisive about what glasses I wanted to get and they were patient and super helpful with my decision and I absolutely love the ones I got! They also checked out my 4 yr old daughter’s eyes and they were SO great with her!!

Dr White and his staff are the very best! I went in with my daughter for her first pair of contacts and it was a great experience. Dr. White was patient with showing her how to put them in and she was excited to not have to wear glasses any longer. The front office staff worked with my insurance to make sure I was getting my maximum benefits and quickly let me know when my orders arrived. There is a wide selection of eyewear including prescription glasses to try on and get a new look. Magna Family Eyecare is very clean and easy to find in a multi-use office building too so that was a bonus!

Dr. White is an amazing eye doctor. He makes you feel comfortable, and is very professional. I have been his patient for several years and wouldn’t go to another eye doctor besides him. His staff is very professional and his office is very clean and presentable. I highly recommend him if you need an eye doctor.
