We research all of the procedures required to repair your vehicle to the manufacturer's standards, not the insurance company's.
The state shutdown has exempted transportation related services which we are part of. We will be open for operations. Our hours remain unchanged. We have checked with our rental car provider and our suppliers and they too are in operation. The nonstop cleaning and disinfecting continues. We are limiting hand to hand contact as much as possible for everyone's safety.

I had a phenomenal easy experience. From the moment the process began for repairs I was handled with care, well informed and communication was ongoing throughout the repairs - they send detailed texts frequently.
Michelle at the front desk was so friendly, detailed and informative. She has my rental car ready as soon as I arrived to drop off my car. She made me feel confident all will be taken care of and it was.
The repairs were done so fast and my car looks brand new.

NO LONGER our leading company for over 18 years. It is with great sadness that I had to change my review I previously wrote which was a great review once my car was towed to North Haven Auto Body. This has been a NIGHTMARE!!!!! There’s another review someone wrote on here BELIEVE THEM!! We are highly disappointed in this company not only did we go to pick up our car and it wouldn’t start and Rich acted like we were inconveniencing him because they failed to catch this after having our car for months to repair. North Haven did a great job fixing a scratch on my car recently. They’re one of the few shops that’s licensed to fix Tesla’s in the state. Unfortunately, this small issue took almost a month to fix. My car sat untouched outside for almost 3 weeks before the part was ordered. I rented a car and racked up over a thousand dollars in charges for a car that was drive-able the entire time! That being said, it’s the customer service and lack of communication this shop lacks. When I got the car back, there weren’t any apologies for the delay. Brought my car here per USAA for repairs after a deer commit suicide against it. Communication throughout was great. Paint work is impossible to tell and I have 3 stage/process paint. Can’t see the difference even with polarized glasses or different sunlight conditions.
Loses 2 stars for the shoddy clean up (see pics of polishing compound throughout) and total disregard of my grievances when picking up the car. New scratches and nicks below the headlight that were not there prior to the cars arrival (even after the deer) and the plastic/sticker chrome on the emergency brake handle is now broken

Was in an accident and came here on a friend’s recommendation and I am so glad that I did. This repair center is a busy one, but each and every person I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I was on a major time crunch and probably became somewhat of a pest towards the end but they pulled through big time for me. Communication was outstanding and both Michelle and Christine are superheroes and should have statues of them erected in the front of the building. Was able to pick up and drop off my Enterprise rental with them which was really convenient. Great attention

North Haven Auto Body did a great job repairing my Ford F150 and keeping me informed via text all along the way. The only issue I had, was their relationship/partnership with Enterprise. The local customer service at the North Haven Enterprise location was so poor that it really soured my overall experience during this claim process. I wish NH Auto Body had more rental car company options or could recommend another one to others for future customers.

My son’s car was damaged in early April. North Haven Auto Body was one of his insurance company’s “preferred” shops, and it was the closest to our home, so he made arrangements to bring it there. Their initial estimate was 20 working days.
It seems that some people are very impressed with NHAB’s communication, but apparently my son (who is active-duty military) didn’t merit that level of communication. What he got was repeated delays and either no information at all or uninformative updates by text message like “Your car is now in repair.”

Extremely professional, timely, and honest. I went in thinking the extent of my vehicle's damage was greater than it was, and the employee looking over my car was very honest and even took some of his own time to fix minor damages for free.
They easily could have charged me to "fix" things that didn't need to be fixed, but instead they did the right thing even though it meant less money for them. If I need body work again in the New Haven area, this is where I'll go.
