Greece Dermatological Associates first opened its doors in 1981 with one provider. Over the years we have grown to six providers. Our physicians are on staff at Unity Hospital, Rochester General Hospital and Strong Memorial Hospital. Our board certified staff has been working to treat dermatological conditions for over three decades.

I couldn't be happier with the entire team at Greece Dermatological Associates! Jenine, who works in the front office, was very helpful in getting me an appointment in a timely manner for my initial visit and every appointment thereafter. Being that I have to undergo treatments three times a week was initially quite overwhelming but the entire staff has made it a very easy to accept. Having standing appointments for weeks now has been a pleasant experience, the wait time has always been less than 5 minutes and EVERY nurse that I've dealt has treated me with great respect & compassion. I had an excellent experience leading up to my appointment and during my appointment. Greece dermatology was able to give me the soonest appointment of anyone in Rochester. I called every day to see if there was a sooner opening and I was always treated with kindness and patience on the phone. I was greeted at check in and check out with friendliness. Dr. Bobrow was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. As a medical provider myself, I understand wait times can happen (I didn’t wait but I saw a previous reviewer complain). But to get excellent service is something worth waiting for. Greece

Kept us waiting with a 1 year old and 8 year old for like 45 mins in a room when we were on time . Heard the nurses or dr . Laughing and talking instead of coming in. Like if your going to be rude atleast do it I’m private so we can’t hear. Won’t ever go back!!! There are other derm places out there do your research avoid this place.

My appointment was changed, although the receptionist said it was the one given. It was not so after coming in at 10am, I turned around and came back that afternoon. A little ticked off but nothing major. Dr B was very nice, however I told him about another mole under my hairline. He looked at it and said he doubts it’s a concern but he could freeze it off in a minute, no problem. And he did, he never mentioned additional charges just said “ no problem “.... I received the bill and paid it ... so you got your money. I’m just disappointed in the additional charge that was never discussed
