In 1997 the two practices merged with Dr. Leve, Dr. Martin, Dr. Peachey and Dr. Pelton being located together at the corner of Barrington St. and Park Ave.

Services
We offer full service medical and surgical dermatologic care for skin problems of both adults and children. Cosmetic procedures offered include KTP laser for the treatment of small blood vessels of the face and elsewhere, BOTOX cosmetic injections for frown, forehead and smile lines, and sclerotherapy for treatment of leg veins.
Please call our office at 585-383-4420 to schedule an appointment. Our phones are open from Monday through Friday 8-4:30 p.m. If you need to cancel your appointment please call us at least 48 hours in advance as someone else may greatly appreciate being seen in your place. For a true medical emergency please call 911.
Follow Rt. 441 (Elmwood Avenue) east toward Penfield and after crossing Rt. 490 and passing Kirk Dr., turn RIGHT on Linden Oaks Drive into Linden Oaks Office Park and 220 will be up the hill on the left. There is a light at the intersection at which you will see signs for Linden Medical Center on your left and Linden Oaks Office Park on your right.

I personally haven’t had a good experience here. They’re nice enough, but they’re always behind and extremely slow. You need to carve out three hours of your day for an appt here. Definitely a draw back. I understand doctors can be slow when working with patients, and I respect that if they’re listening to them, but I never felt like I was listened to here.

I had to write a review after I recommended Dr. Routhouska (sp?) to a relative and he told me that the reviews were not so good. I'm really surprised at the reviews. Our family has been going to Dr. Routhouska for @ 5 years - maybe more. I go at least twice a year because I am light skinned and I have had skin cancer in the past. It may take a long time to get an appt. with her but once I am there, I never have to wait more than 10 minutes - usually I've just started to read an article in a magazine and I'm called in. There is usually a few months wait to get an appt. but if you call everyday you

Spent over a half hour in a gown waiting for Dr Francis. After peaking my head out to ask what was happening, the Dr. came in annoyed and threw in my face that I missed my last appointment. Never acknowledged that my Apt was supposed to start 45 min prior to me ever seeing her. She then proceeded with a bunch of passive aggressive statements and gave me a diagnosis that made no sense. It’s hard to respond to that when you are half naked and seeking help for something that is already making you feel vulnerable. In hindsight that was one of the worst Dr apts I’ve ever had.

This is one of the best doctors offices i have been too. i see Dr. Routhouska in that practice. She is not only a wonderful doctor but she is a great person. She cares about her patients and makes you feel super comfortable. i could not ask for a better dermatologist . i would recommend her and the practice in a heart beat!

Dr.Routhouska is hands down the best dermatologist we have ever gone to, and we have had several. She is incredibly personable, extremely knowledgeable and someone we look forward to seeing. I highly recommend her!! I will also say that the “wait time” is minimal. We are seen within minutes of getting there.

Dr. Land is the BEST!! The wait time is minimal and Dr. Land is never in a rush. She is very nice and cares about her patients as people, not just patients. I look forward to my visits with her. She knows exactly what she is doing and she is determined to get to the bottom of your problems. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND DR. LAND!!

I feel very fortunate to be a patient in this practice. My doctor is very thorough and proactive to remove suspicious spots. One spot in particular we monitored for many years until the doctor could see that it had changed and the cancer needed to be surgically removed. Unchecked, it could have been very bad for me in just a few years time.
Another reviewer was bothered by the long wait time and that the clerical staff was too "chatty". As a long time patient, I've seen times that the office was indeed extremely busy and the wait times were long. Understand that is because the doctors are VERY

Dr Beth Francis is great. She's kind and personable, and really takes her time. I appreciate not being rushed in and out, as many doctors don't take the time to listen well to their patients. In the two visits I've had over 4 years I left both times feeling that she genuinely cares about her patients. I wish I had a PC like her, keep up the good work! -Jeff
