Leticiya has handled three real estate transactions for me in 2021. The two homes she sold for me she helped immensely getting the homes ready for sale and suggested affordable updates that made the homes very desirable for this market and buyer demographic. Leticiya S. was the VERY best real estate agent I could have ever have dealt with. My husband & I are so happy with our brand new home thanks to Leticiya! She made sure all of our questions were answered, all of our concerns were met. She did everything in her power to make sure we got our home on time for our first’s baby’s coming.
