They told me it would be delivered Friday morning - they forgot and until I called three times it was finally delivered at 7pm. The dunk tank didn’t even work and when I contacted the company I wasn’t taken seriously. I was told I was going to be charged double when they were 5 hours late for pick up. They didn’t call and gave no warning. The snow cone machine was super dirty and had a layer of black all over the entire thing. Picture is the company quadrupole texting me basically calling me a liar after I told them the dunk tank didn’t work. I would rather never have a party than use them

Very insensitive and rude, I paid for a deposit on Friday afternoon for my daughter’s 16th birthday party. We had a unexpected death in the family and we are cancelling her party. I called Monday 2 days later, they are closed Saturday and Sunday and the lady I spoke to was very unprofessional and rude she hung up on me. I would not recommend them just based off professionalism and their ability to do what’s right. I’m so upset I did not read the reviews before now. This place has a reputation for unprofessionalism.

Booked a bounce slide, snow cone machine and cotton candy machine for my sons 9th birthday. I booked well in advance was told everything will be delivered Friday afternoon/evening (party was Saturday at 2pm) so okay that’s cool. Well nothing got delivered so i tried to get ahold of someone Saturday finally got ahold of someone she said it will be there no later then noon my party doesn’t start till 2 anyway…. At that point okay just making sure it was coming as I’m panicking….. then 1230 rolls around still nothing so I call the emergency line guys gives me some Spiel about the lady I

Highly recommend. Our school has worked with them for 7 years and have never had an issue. The staff is friendly and takes the time to work with you on what you'll need for a successful event. When our school decided to add a Spring Carnival to our annual events, we didn't hesitate to contact Time to Play.
