After being over a hour and a half late it was after 230pm at this point and still needing to set up I asked if there would be a discounted rate as we would not have the slide for the amount of time as agreed upon. I was approached by the owner in a very aggressive way telling me “No, do you want the slide or not?” I told them I did not. He stormed off offering no apology. I would not recommend Zzr rentals

It was my first time renting a waterslide and I would 100% recommend this company. They were professional, answered every question I had and their response time was amazing. They were reasonably priced and went above and beyond what I was expecting. Please use this company. They are amazing.

The Double Dip slide was so fun! Both adults and kids had a blast and much needed let loose fun after a tough year. Everyone I worked with was pleasant and friendly and extremely easy to work with, highly recommend!

Absolute blast. Rented the palm tree slide and slip n slide for my employees and I couldn’t get them off to play other games 😂
My neighbors were so happy too! Adults of all ages were flying down that thing!
In… addition, working with ZZR was truly a pleasure. We weren’t sure what the weather would bring since we are in the week of stormaggedon, but they were extremely patient and understanding that we may had to cancel. Nothing but blue skies today so we went on with the order, thank goodness!!
I can’t wait for my next event as I will definitely be doing this again

Best company I ever delt with. Extremely professional and the owner went out of his way to come few days early before the party to make sure the slide I wanted fits in my backyard. I recommend this company 100%.

Everyone was amazing from the first phone call (and there were many) to pickup. We rented a water slide for my sons graduation party and it was a big hit with the kids and adults. Definitely worth every penny! Thank you!

Awesome pricing. They were on time delivering and picking up the bounce house, and were able to handle all the pesky paperwork required by the park in a super timely fashion. The guys who set up were friendly, 5 stars from us. We will definitely be renting from ZZR again next year!

Amazing! I'm a PE teacher in the city of Pontiac and I ran into problems with finding a bounce house for our field days. ZZR Party Rentals came through like the real superheroes. Not only did they came up from Inkster, they gave us a great discount and catered to our 900+ students for two days. The level of professionalism and customer service was outstanding! They truly care about the student's safety and helping out schools. We had three bounce houses AND two 10x10 tents. High quality. I highly recommend ZZR Party Rentals and I will always go through them.
