I have been to this office 3-5 times with no issues. Now with the virus and living a little further away I wanted to call in a topical prescription that my sister had that has been working wonders for my skin. (Topical)
I called in and they will not call in the prescription even thought I am an established patient as they want to charge me for a visit. If this was a pill or some sort of oral medicine I would understand but I think this is absurd given the current situation in the world and the fact this is a topical cream. I have only been going back due to being an established patient as it is

Terrible patient service and communication. I have tricare and I am an active duty person. After being dragged along for weeks trying to get scheduled, I was told that they decided not to see me or accept me as a patient (even though they do take tricare) because it was not profitable for them due to my insurance.

My experience with Dr. Jay was AMAZING!!! He was compassionate, he took his time to explain everything to me. I felt comfortable. The staff was friendly with a nice clean atmosphere. Very warming and welcoming. I highly recommend him and his team. Most of all, me being an African American woman, Dr. Jay was very educated about my culture and the nature of my condition. This is something I have never experienced with a doctor before. He over exceeded my expectations and I never expected this type of care from dermatology.

Dr. Levin, is hilarious. He is an all around good personal guy who is also a straight shooter (always a great thing to have!), who cares about his patience and his practice. He has a pretty solid staff behind him and they effectively work together. In my opinion, the only thing they could do to improve is validate parking.

Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. They were on time and did not keep me waiting which is a rarity in the medical profession. Lindsay (Nurse) and Chelsie (Physician's Assistant) were wonderful. I felt that they truly cared and that I was receiving high quality, professional and attentive service. I definitely recommend them!

Dr. Levin has taken care of our family's dermatological needs for many years and we have always been extremely pleased with the outcomes, including the extensive surgery required on my 85-year-old mother-in-law's nose to remove a cancerous growth and the subsequent restorative surgeries. There is NO evidence of the excision and she could not be more happy with her looks! I see Dr. Levin regularly for checkups and he has performed a couple of minor excisions for malignancies always with great results. Dr. Levin is the consummate professional and all of his staff are equally professional, courteous

The laser treatment I received has helped tremendously with my rosacea and redness on my face and neck. Dr. Levin is a wonderful doctor who is very competent and has made me feel at ease. His PC Taylor had administered my laser treatments and guided me through the treatments which have shown great results. I am very satisfied with my experience at Peachtree Dunwoody Dermatology.
