I went into the ER and I was treated very well. I just moved to Prosser from the Tri-Cities and wow... The staff here are so nice compared to Kadlec and Trios. They were very nice, prompt, caring and thorough with what was going on with me.
Thank you for being a caring staff.
I wish I grabbed the nurses name that was helping me I would give her kudos!
Thanks for being an awesome and caring ER staff, we need more of that.

I am from the east coast where the best doctors practice. i need specialist care due to serious problems so i go to Prosser.
i drive an hour and a half from Ellensburg to go to Prosser because there is no good care here and the staff at Prosser are highly professional and all seem to go above and beyond what is expected in most offices.
they also seem to actually care about me as a patient, which is not common in Washington State. a good place.

On top of not being able to be with me wife during surgery. They’re the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with. This is a sorry excuse for a hospital. I wouldn’t let them treat my dog. Very unorganized. Not sure how they still have the doors open

The doctors, nurses and reception staff that I dealt with in the ER have zero bedside manner and just want to get you out the door ASAP. The only person who actually seemed to care was the EKG nurse. Even though I was taken care of, I didn't feel very valued or heard the entire time I was there. Isn't it the job of the care team to show compassion and not pass judgment on a patient?
Also, please have your reception staff check with the patient before they end up spelling the patient's name wrong and printing it on all of the patient's hospital records.

This hospital is TERRIBLE!! They were so rude when we walked in there for a dental emergency. We had been to the dentist 2 times this week, and now the dentist is CLOSED and with 2 teeth infected, swollen face and in extreme pain, they were so mean rude and dismissive, we left and without even being able to be seen and went to another emergency provider.

I went in there for a bad ear infection, pain was 10, I was crying. The lady in the front wasn't welcoming at all! The nurse and the doctor were really nice and made me feel cared for!
I appreciated that!
But as far as treatment for my condition the best they did was give me ear wicks which worsened my pain.
They gave me an antibiotic to drink and was sent home with antibiotic prescription. but my pain was still too much.
They told me to keep taking ibuprofen and Tylenol w caution of course. But that my ear pain was something I had to deal with.
I suffered until I went to Astria walk in clinic

Prosser Memorial Health does an outstanding job of caring and meeting the needs off our community. For example they have organized numerous Covid vaccine clinics to meet Central Washington's needs. I am impressed with the expanding medical professionals Prosser is employing.

Get ready to pay $700 for 30 minutes of their time and to have them tell you to go home and take Tylenol. I guess that's how ER's are now days. Literally said "I dont know what's wrong with you but take tylenol you should be fine"

Last month I went to ER in the evening because I sliced a tip of my pinky finger. The bleeding wouldn't stop and yes it hurt!! Each person I had contact with were extremely kind. Each person took the time to make sure I was doing okay and put me at ease. I highly recommend them! Kudos to Doctor on call, the nurse, the receptionist!
