The cable on our garage door snapped this morning. I called Avon Electric Door and they were here at 11:45 and had the cables, springs and pulleys replaced in less than an hour. They also oiled the rollers and hinges and lubricated the track and now the door is MUCH quieter. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.

We were satisfied with the end result. Not so much with the billing: an additional worker showed up who provided sweeping and cut some wood while the main worker did the heavy lifting. The job took about two hours for which we were charged four. Meaning they charge the full rate for the helper who did minimal. The labor charges were per worker so be careful to get a clear estimate that details how many people show and their individual rates.
