Tom Bird, the technician with Precision Door Service, is excellent! So is Shannon in the office! We called the company at about 3 pm with our emergency - garage door opener not working - and Shannon scheduled us for between 5 and 7 pm. Tom Bird called before 5 to say he was on his way and arrived shortly after 5. He gave us the option of repairing or replacing our 12-year-old opener (a Sears Craftsman). We chose to replace it with a new Genie. He was done by 6:41 pm! Tom is definitely a pro - and so kind. I would give Precision Door Service of South Jersey 10 stars if I could - because of Shannon

I’m not one to leave reviews but this experience merits one. The tech that came to my home (Tom Bird) was the best! Explained the issues thoroughly and offered different options. I felt he was looking out for my interests and didn’t try to push unnecessary products. I am a very satisfied customer!!!
