Lil Treasures Learning Academy is a full-service private early childhood education program located in Sherwood, Arkansas. We are proud to offer an exceptional educational childcare program that educates children 6 weeks to 12 years of age that addresses the needs of the whole child. Note I do not have a child at this daycare I live next to it. Today I walked outside to let my daughter play and there's a blonde little boy in a blue shirt about 2-3 BY HIMSELF OUT IN THE PLAYGROUND. I was fixing to walk over there to tell them they left a kid but only a couple minutes later she walked out to let him in without saying anything. A WARNING TO PARENTS WITH KIDS HERE. Extremely disappointed to see this and glad I didn't put my own here.

I worked here for about a month and it was the worst establishment I’ve ever worked at. The manager is a nightmare, they pay their employees extremely poorly. I had close to 20 two year olds in my room, along with one other woman who routinely left the room. Their curriculum is so busy and so tight there’s no time to transition, and the kids are exhausted. I don’t feel they feed them enough food, and at nap time it’s extremely cold. I asked why, they said it’s because it keeps the kids from getting up. I was fired for not sticking to their insanely busy schedule, and my pay check was

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The staff is beyond amazing. The workers adore my daughter! The workers are so excited about my daughters' milestones and growth. I genuinely feel that my daughter is safe and cared for throughout the day. I know there are some negative reviews but after being there a full year, I have never had an issue. Kids get dirty. They play a lot. There are other children so the workers are not able to give every child 110% of their attention. They ALWAYS call me, even with the slightest concern, if my daughter does not feel well. It gives me the best peace of mind out there. The

First off, I love the camera access. My son has been in the infant room and the toddler room. We LOVED the infant room Allison and Angie were wonderful with our son. The directors Susan, Jemima, and Patricia are kind and are good with the children. I only wish that the room for toddlers was bigger and that the teachers participted in engaging activities with the 12-18 month olds such as reading.

It really saddens me to have to review one star because I really felt at the outset we'd found a childcare provider who genuinely cared for my child. I had a couple of issues right off the bat w/ a teacher sending my infant home dirty & it was remedied fairly quickly by dismissing the teacher. However, I continued to have several other issues such as missing supplies (so much so that I started marking not only names but dates on my child's diapers, wipes, food, etc). The last straw was when I picked up my 7mo on 7/5/17 to discover that he'd not been feed for just over 6hrs!! I'd informed the teacher

Wonderful place!! I have sent both of my children there. The staff has been wonderful, communication has been outstanding and I have literally been shocked by the things that my kids have learned! My 4 yearold just out of the blue one day started telling me how to do addition and subtraction! She said her teacher at Little Treasure's taught her all about math!! They do great things for the kids, holiday concerts and other events. We are almost sad that this will be our last year!!
