When searching for infant and childcare in Little Rock, a friend recommended Darnall school to me. From the first time I met Mrs. Frances I had a positive feeling. I am very happy with the care he receives, the consistency and manners that are being taught. They have a daily schedule that is consistent along with lots of learning.

Established in 1948, Darnall School is a learning center designed to provide love, care and education to children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old (After school care). We are focused on developing the whole child by meeting your child's specific needs. We believe in hands-on learning in a loving environment that is filled with stimulating educational experiences.
Darnall School understands that your child's education and care is a priority and that choosing the right program is a big decision. Our program includes a curriculum that meets the needs of children at every age and stage. We also understand the many needs of working parents. Our after-school programs and summer programs enable parents to go to work knowing their children are happy, safe, and well cared for in a safe and secure environment.
Our infant and baby care program is geared to meet your child's social, emotional, physical and intellectual needs. Darnall School is more than a daycare - Your child starts learning from day one and we believe that exploration and play are essential to early childhood development. We start preparing your child for preschool and the challenges of their future from day one.
Created to encourage your child to make sense of their world through a sensory-rich environment filled with sites, sounds, and textures. Our emphasis is on creating a healthy, safe place for your child to grow as their curiosity grows. By year one go age, babies are beginning to develop into their own being.
Our preschool and pre-k classes focus on preparing your child for their entry into school. Darnall's Preschool and PreK classes provide a curriculum that is not only focused on understanding and appreciating your child but the development of your child's potential. Our program is filled with investigation, exploration, and discovery, where active and enthusiastic children can refine and expand their skills and knowledge.

I absolutely LOVE Darnall's! I was a single mom of two when I brought them here to Ms. Francis 3 years ago, she took us with open arms and helped me out. My kids quickly fell in love with the school and couldn't wait to come back. Reading some of the few negative reviews on here makes me sad because I have had quite the opposite experience. I always get calls when my children start feeling sick and I appreciate that so much because that means when others are sick, they get sent home to prevent illness from spreading, my kids rarely get sick. It always smells clean when I come to pick them up. These

My son attended Darnall from the time he was 10 weeks old until he started preschool. I never encountered any issues and he was always loved and taken care of! There was some staff turnover at one time, but I feel it was in the best interest for the school and the children. Miss Frances was always so good to us and my child—always willing to work with our schedules and/or special requests. We will definitely miss Darnall!

DO NOT buy the positive comments here. No offense to the people that are blinded by the phony experience they're having and blinded by the front that the director puts on but there is nothing positive to say about this establishment. I have known more than one person that has worked here and have known parents that enrolled their children here. They paint while the children are napping inches nearby, they serve food that is out of date, they have allowed past teachers to be rough with the children, they tell the staff to lie to the parents about their children's day, if you attempt to communicate

Finding a daycare can be a hard decision. I highly recommend Darnall School. Miss Francis is a caring an loving director and my child loves going there every day. The classes are small and that makes me happy because my child gets so much one-on-one attention. They even helped with potty training, which was a god-send!
