Gift Certificates are available for purchase online using your credit card only. You will receive your certificate immediately after purchase through email. Experience the reduction in pain and stress that is brought to you through therapeutic touch. You will feel relaxed and reduce painful aches and tightness in your body after your treatment. Regular visits are encouraged to achieve the greatest level of balance in your life. Relaxation Massage or Swedish Massage is thought of as the most common type of therapeutic massage.
Reiki Energy Healing is the ancient art of using connective touch and healing intentions, to help re-balance energy flow and reduce tension. Charity was attuned to reiki through the Usui lineage. The energy of unconditional love flows through her hands into your body, helping to realign your body and spirit so you may achieve a more balance state of being.
Reflexology is the practicing of manipulating certain points on the feet, hands and face to affect positive change in the body. The organs, glands and bones are mapped out on each of these parts. Reflexologist view the hands and feet as mirrors of the body. Reflexology is not a substitute for medical care but may be used as a compliment to any type of medical approach or therapy.
Pregnancy Massage Therapy or Prenatal Massage Therapy is also commonly referred to as prenatal massage. With over seven years experience in the field of pregnancy and childbirth, Charity specializes in prenatal massage! My goal is to support you and your baby, both physically and emotionally, thorough this transitional time.

Great experience! I felt like I was a new person when I left. Charity was very professional and calming. She addressed my anxiety of trying something new at a new place perfectly! If you suffer from chronic pain temper I highly recommend this service. Charity was also very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to understanding why my body feels strained in certain places.

Charity was amazing. I highly recommend Balanced Life Spa. She has a beautiful studio and really helped me work through a lot of tension and pain. I did the 60 minute deep tissue massage with additional cupping services. I booked an appointment for my husband next week.
