Terribly run BASP program. I voiced concerns regarding having to pay 40% of tuition without any services rendered during the COVID pandemic. I asked for a breakdown of what my tuition payment would be covering. The owner’s response was to kick my daughter out of any future services. Her exact response was “I will not explain or breakdown anything for you. I have withdrawn ——— from our program and will NOT further this conversation.” This is after I have already paid the deposit for the upcoming school year.
