We are always open. Whether through our Logistics Support Center or directly with an Account Executive, we are available by office or by cell phone 24/7. We have an in-house or on-call assigned dispatch team working every day, including holidays and weekends. So, no matter the day or hour, you'll always be able to reach a live-logistics professional on the phone.
Waving a white flag does not always mean surrender. At NOLO Logistics we give customers a white flag to wave, at their discretion, whenever they are not satisfied. For any reason, if you are not provided an industry-leading effort to stay on top of a load, if someone cannot be reached, or if a problem has not been resolved to your satisfaction, then you may wave your flag at us.
