We had an appointment for an estimate for our driveway on the 24th. I took the day off work to be here. They never showed up, they did not answer when I called to see if they were just running late, and they never responded to the voicemail. It was a wasted day. Such bad business practices.

The best experience in the city of Reno. I’m a return customer, and I wouldn’t use any other company. I have used Joan with A&J Paving for all my residential and business properties. She’s never said anything rude, and is fair and honest. She won’t put up with anyone’s mess, in order to protect the customers. Reading the negative comment below, it sounds like the review was not meant for the company, but for the crew at the time. Rest assured, you can’t go wrong with this company.
