I graduated from Byron Center High School. I then played basketball at Mid Michigan Community College. After my time there, I transfer to Lake Superior State University and studied business management. My wife and I now own a home in Holland. We enjoy working out, taking our dogs for walks, and spending quality time with family.
I am fairly new to insurance as I just started my career with Clow & Associates Insurance Agency in February of 2020. I obtained my Michigan Property & Casualty insurance agent license shortly after I was hired and am very happy to be the Customer Account Representative for our agency. My prior career was 17 years at Gordon Food Service and 12 years at HT Hackney all within the Supply Chain area of those companies.
I was born and raised in Central Michigan. After graduating from Clare High School, I continued my education at Mid Michigan Community College to pursue a business transfer degree, while playing basketball and soccer for the college. Following my time at Mid, I transferred to Central Michigan University where I received my Bachelor's degree in Sport Management/Athletic Coaching and Master's degree in Sport Administration.

I am giving a five star because we had a bad feburary. Our daughter , who has insurance through the clow agency had an accident and totaled her car, she borrowed a car from us and it was stolen that evening. We have never had such a streak of bad luck. Rich helped us through it all and is still giving us great advice. Highly recommend

It must be about 8 years now that I have worked with Clow & Associates for all of my insurance needs and I am still beyond impressed with the customer service I receive with this agency! The availability of this agency to fulfill my insurance needs, doing so with great pricing options and in such a quick manner...what more could I ask for?!

Gives negative reviews based only on one side of the story! They also do not put out there how rude they were on the phone From the get go! We were not giving the dispatch for one of his clients for roadservice in a timely fashion from the third parts call center that handles the inbound calls from insured. There for the customer had an extended wait for service from the moment they called in, no fault of ours what so ever. From the time we received the call to the time we arrived was less the 50 minutes! The call was lost prior to it being sent over to us! They would not let us get a word in edge
