I came in there in tears due to the service I had received from another State Farm agent down the street. Bruce was absolutely wonderful and understanding. He seems very knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate. He listened to my concerns and explained things in way that made it easy for me to understand. He helped me switch my insurance over to their location. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
