Happy Massage

I have never been this unhappy with an expensive massage. The "therapist" didn't speak a word of English so I couldn't tell her that my neck was hurt. She certainly was not certified.

Had a great first time experience here. I got the $50 full body massage. Linda was my masseuse. I ended up giving her a $20 tip because it was so good. I highly recommend this massage place.

2 stars because they fit me right in and foot massage was ok.
Front desk lady forcing for $10 tips minimum. I gave $5 tip and she said this is not enough. Tips are supposed to be result of client satisfaction expression..
How is it fair to even ask for a tip?
Person who did massage was ok with $5 tip but the lady was literally making it a rule for tip to be $10 minimum.
They keep talking with other people loudly.
Person who was massaging had cigarette smell hands and breath can be smelt while he was doing face massage.
It is embarrassing to be bothered for tip. People go for massage to relax

Could not understand me (big communication gap) Massage was too rough. I had surgery and I wanted two more pillows to feel comfortable but they could not understand my English. Came out hurting and sore. When it was time to tip. I did not give a good tip & they wanted me to change it. The pen was not working and the lady wrote over my tip and it looked like she changed it and put 45$ tip. I asked her puzzled...45? She said no I changed it to 15$. I will never go back,

A guy who was my masseuse started massaging my face with smelly hands ( Cigarette ) and ruined my entire time of massage. It’s “A BIG NO”

Went in for couple massage, the 2 massage "therapists"
Made my wife and I extremely uncomfortable.
We felt extremely violated.
Also the first room the lady was breathing extremely hard, and I can smell her breath.
I'd highly suggest stay away from this place.
Also we noticed many grown men show up after our massage in the later hours, Which was very suspicious.

I just witnessed with my own eyes that a customer left and they did not change the sheets instead they just straighten up the bed and folded the Towels and put them back on the bed. I asked her if you don’t change after another customer of course she does not understand. I had her change mine and then I just did not feel comfortable and left. She was not going to give me my money back but I was ready to call the police.

Do yourself a favor and don’t spend your money or time here!! The front desk lady couldn’t be more rude and she literally covers the regural 1 hour foot massage for $40 with her hand so your eyes can miss it and automatically look at the other high price services! They talk and laugh nonstop so you can never relax!!
They don’t change the sheets between customers!
You have to pay upfront before the services and there are no refunds (at times they don’t even finish the 1hour and if u tell them, they say that you are wrong!)
MOST IMPORTANTLY!!! they literally DEMAND tips!! if you tip them

Me and my husband went there for the first time to get 1hr full body massage, definitely worth the money I would totally come back and recommend! They had nice service and did a good job even offered water after massage!! Definitely going to come back again(:

Came to this place thinking it would be good. They don't know how to massage and at the end the lady upfront was forcing me to leave a tip. I only had $6 cash and she told me that's not enough. So unprofessional, please save your money and go somewhere else. I have never been forced to leave a tip, until now.

I will never go to this place, this place was my first time ever going to a massage parlor and got this horrible experience I went there with my wife. When I went there I got a staph infection on my legs extremely painful. This is caused by dirty towels or person to person dirty hands what ever it was I got it there. and to top it off the lady is rude after not thanking for the tip expecting more made a nasty face at me when I gave her 10% tip. I would of never have her anything if I would of know her attitude and that it would cause a staph infection

Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your money! This place is horrible and so rude. And they will ask more if they don't like what you tipped them! And while getting message my lady and her boss started fighting!! Please please don't go there

Poor costumer service! When you want to get massage you expect to be in a relaxing environment, but they keep talking & talking in their language over your head! They make you more nervous and you'd have this feeling that they're talking s... about you! They give you a massage like they just want to kill time! last time I went, they confronted me and blocked my way at the door asking for more tip which I already tipped them, like they were literally rubbing me! I ended up paying way more tip and they wouldn't let me leave! So rude and unprofessional

I do not recommend this place at all. My mom went in for a massage last week and when they massaged her hand and popped the fingers like they usually do they popped her thumb out of place and she had to go get x-rays because when she moves her thumb it pops each time! Will never have my mom or anyone I care for come here, please go somewhere that is legit. Also the man at the front charges you extra when you use a card for transactions under $75. Poor business practices.

Wasn't amazed. One they just rub lotion and two you give tip and if they DONT like the amount they attack you to give more. It's a tip not mandatory . I'll never go back again

Love the foot massages here. I like the set up of the front room where they do the feet massages, very relaxing. Prices are good.

I treated my mother and I to $45 combo massages 30min feet & 30min. body. Our massage therapist's were great and very attentive to needed pressure or less pressure! So friendly and a great massage, definitely worth the money!! It was so great I tipped both our massage therapists $30 each! I recommend making an appointment ahead of time. We went on a Sat when they first opened and in 30min all the beds were full!

They were literally forcing me to get a combo deal. Massage was super soft. Just rubbing lotion on me without any pressure. Demanding more tips after I had already tipped upfront before the massage

Paid the price for an hour long massage but received about 45 minutes. At the end, we paid a 15% cash tip and were mocked in front of other customers for "not tipping enough". NEVER coming back.

The reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because a couple things went unexpected. First my friend and I were in the same room when we had schedule appointments separately. They would not stop talking through out the whole time we were there. After they demanded a tip. The foot massage was amazing, but the body massage I would not recommend.

They were talking through out the massage. They had expectations for a specific amount for the tip. They didn't wait to ask for a copy of a receipt after our massage when they were the ones that lost their copy. I don't recommend it. We didn't feel relax during the message at all. We were even able to hear the washing machine while we had our massage. Horrible experience!

This massage place was great. They abide by covid regulations while still providing a great massage at a reasonable price. Thank you for making my feet and back feel great.

I was having trouble with my neck and back, I slept wrong and after 3 days of pain I couldn't take it anymore. I called and made an appointment. I explained to the lady my trouble areas and she did an excellent job. My only regret was that I didn't get her name, so I can ask for her next time I go back. I was loosened up by the time I left. I had more abilty to move my head. I'm a little sore today but my muscles are still loose. I feel much better. I got the combo package!

Wife and I had a massage here at Happy Massage. We got the 45 minute foot along with 30 minutes body massage for $50 dollars each.

Well worth the fifty bucks if you want the back and feet
Massage. For the money, they did a good job. Very quiet and relaxing for sure. I prefer a deep tissue massage but this definitely relaxed

02/22/2020, I returned for a nice easy and very inexpensive massage. I caught myself snoring so we know I was RELAXED!!!

Everyone there are super nice. Very comfortable atmosphere.

Usually don't leave negative reviews, but I'm annoyed. I've came to this location before and it was great, about a year ago.. now I'm not sure if it's the same owners or different, but I could immediately tell quality of service was different from the time I stepped in. The massage wasn't the same, and it felt rushed. Well I soon found out why, My masseuse was so out of it, they actually FELL ASLEEP in my massage! I'm leaving 2 stars because an hour massage is on $30 so pretty cheap, and there was no issue with refunding my money... but man! I guess you get what

Horrible! Noisy with people's footsteps constantly walking through the shop. Could not relax. Drafty. Creepy guy did massage. Creeped out completely! I will never go back. I felt like I was in an assembly line!

I do a lot of driving in my line of work and have lower back spasm issues. It's hard to find a good economical masseuse. In my experience you get what you pay for. In sacramento a $50 massage gets you garbage massage. This is my 5th time coming to this location. I drive from Sacramento to Turlock to receive a massage from here and I do not mind leaving $50 tips every time. The masseuses here... fingers on steroids that know the anatomy and bone structure of a client. Best massage at the best price.
