The buffet style, custom level service, provides generous portions for your wedding buffet. The Copper Wedding Package offers a melting pot of cuisines that are traditional, upscale, and modern. The entrees and sides selection choices are not just delicious, but will leave a lasting impression on your treasured wedding memories and on guests for years to come.
Our Graduation Menu is party food heaven. Our menu contains trending modern kitchen creations. The selections range from dreamy creamy macaroni cheese to boneless fried chicken and bites to slider stations. This menu has it all. Tender cabbage stuffed with a special blend of ground meat and rice baked in a delicious semi-sweet tomato broth.
Super moist French vanilla cake topped with sweet marinated strawberries topped mile high with whipped cream. Super moist chocolate cake soaked in caramel sauce topped with whipped cream and heath bar shavings. Super moist yellow cake topped with delicious pudding, pineapple, whipped topping, and toasted coconut sprinkled with nuts and maraschino cherries.
Deposits - A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount may vary depending on the event size. Financing - Final payment is due one week prior to your event for Weddings and Bridal Showers. For others: Along with final count 50% of food total is due plus the full cost of rentals.
Our Beef Pasty is made with fresh quality ingredients. Each pasty is made with beef, potato, onion, seasonings, and a touch of carrots nestled in a homemade pastry crust. We went with KL's catering for our baby shower. They were able to accommodate us with quite short notice. The interaction with the staff was excellent. From the first day, they were in communication with us the entire time. They were very knowledgeable about their menu and helped us pick out some great choices. They are very cognizant in regards to food restrictions (we had vegetarian and gluten free guests). Picking up the food was very easy at their location. And speaking of the food, it was all very delicious. I really enjoyed the ratatouille stuffed shells and would make an excellent vegetarian
