Wow, I’m really impressed with the service I received from Dean Berube State Insurance agency. The quality service they have is exceptional. I was searching for quality Auto insurance via online. I got call from Alina with State Farm, with a quote on auto insurance. The quote I received from her offered more coverage and a better value. Alina answered every question and address them promptly with the coverages and service they offered. I have a State Farm Drive Safe and Save auto policy with Dean and couldn't be happier. He and Alina provide the best customer service I think I've ever had. Other insurance companies call and I let them go through their speal before I tell them how much I pay. Then they just hang up on me. But I wouldn't leave Dean and Alina even if I found a cheaper policy. Thanks guys. I appreciate y'all. Stay safe.

I'm not usually the type of person that would leave a review, but Alina Ortiz went far and beyond to help me and my wife, and for that I'm very grateful. she literally took us in after hours with a smile on her face :). my wife and I have been looking for an auto insurance for almost two weeks, and everywhere we go prices are ridiculously high, but Alina put a stop to our misery and offered us a price that no other company did, she even beat the price of our old insurance. she saved us a lot of money. thank you again.

I spoke to Jody in this office back in September, after being with another carrier for over 15 years that for the last several years just continually kept going up on our premiums year after year. Jody was absolutely wonderful to work with and saved me money without scrimping on the coverages that I wanted in my policy. She was very thorough, and made sure to give me important details, as well as educate me on some things that my former insurance agent/carrier never bothered to volunteer. If your current policy premiums have gotten out of hand, I would highly recommend calling and speaking to Jody

What a GREAT experience. Shopping for auto insurance is never a joyful task but Alina make the experience smooth and painless. What a Super Wonderful experience!!! I got referred to Jody from my boyfriend who has been using State Auto.
