I was born and raised in San Antonio and was transferred to Arlington in 1999 to assist businesses as a Home consultant and to help small businesses out of Economic distress from past due property taxes in local Texas counties.
I consulted with apartment complexes to hotels to restaurants. I spent over two decades, and many company names changes before I found my passion with State Farm Insurance. Katie has been so helpful in vehicle coverage. Both in an old beater and transitioning to a new car; even with the rental in between. I've been with State Farms (Mark specifically) for over 5 years now. I have tried to look at other insurances before but I got the best deal with Mark. I have never had any issues with State Farm in the time being with them. Also, I have started to look for home insurance as me and my boyfriend are purchasing a home and our closing date is schedules for mid January. Amanda has been super helpful in ensuring I understand the details of our insurance and trying to find me ways to save by bundling my car insurance with home insurance. I recommend Mark's team to help you out with any of your needs

Amanda has such a sweet kind personality and full of detail information on policies they offer. Had many different insurance companies in the past but have never been treated with so much kindness and it showed from Amanda. Full disclosure, Melinda is family. In spite of that, she still helped me get a great landlord quote. She walked me through the process and I appreciate her expertise and knowledge of coverages. For the quote, we only communicated via email and her answers were prompt, knowledgeable, specific, and of course had all the details that I required.

The agent Mark Leal is all about his customers and the service he provides, I had the privilege to work with Katie. She responded promptly, and followed up consistently, I really felt like she cared and wanted the best for me and my family.
