This company is highly unethical and not professional in the least. He was recommended by our realtor (that we fired) because of joy looking out for our best interest. This company mislead us and did not communicate with us about overages and extra expenses. We were “surprised” to learn that we were charged an extra $2000 at our closing. We never received an invoice for completed work. This company sent an invoice directly to the title company and never let us know the final cost for the services.
