E&S Environmental Chemistry, Inc. offers an extensive line of research, assessment, and consulting services for local, state, federal, and private clients. We have provided research services throughout the United States for seven states, three national laboratories, and nearly all federal natural resource agencies.
Our Environmental Assessment services focus on a wide range of topics, including various aspects of air, water, and soil pollution. These assessments have been conducted at locations throughout the United States. See some of our environmental assessment projects.
E&S Environmental Chemistry provides water quality services for virtually all aspects of water quality work, from study design and protocols development to field sampling, data analysis, quality assurance, modeling, and interpretation. We assess the relative importance of point and nonpoint source pollutants and evaluate differences between natural conditions and ambient conditions, as influenced by human activities.

E&S provides ecosystem modeling services to investigate natural resource sensitivity to, and effects from, environmental stressors. We have a wide variety of statistical and process-based modeling tools available for addressing scientific and policy/management questions.
Our clients are interested in understanding current and expected future resource conditions at a broad scale and we will often blend statistical and process-level techniques to enhance our ability to extrapolate site specific model results to the broader region.

E&S offers a wide range of services in GIS analysis, spatial database construction and management, custom mapping, interactive web mapping, GIS training, system installation, and quality assurance/quality control. Most of our assessment and modeling efforts include GIS & Technical Applications.
We work with a variety of environmental data layers that are regional to global in scale and involve conditions of air, soil, water, and biota and the effects of human activities on natural ecosystems.See some of our GIS & database-related projects. E&S has considerable experience with GIS-based resource modeling, and has used GIS and image processing for water quality, air quality, watershed analysis, and other natural resource applications.
