Ecopia Day School is a small progressive preschool with large purposes. Inspired by the Reggio approach in early childhood education, we are dedicated to creating quality, dynamic, meaningful programs that encourage children's innate curiosity and creativity. Located in beautiful Lutz, we're easily accessible to Tampa, Wesley Chapel and Land O' Lakes.
We have several programs to suit multiple age groups. For infants 3 to 15 months of age, the infant classroom is designed for movement, exploration and discovery in a safe, comfortable environment that resembles your home. Our infant teachers work to foster feelings of security and independence by continuously communicating intentions and outcomes.

This school only cares about money. We had a very bad experience with my 3-year-old daughter, the few times the teacher came out to talk to me was to tell me negative things about my daughter and she did it in front of her. She wanted me to enroll her in 1 year younger because she does not have the ability or professionalism to deal with children. They pretend to have robot children and they DO NOT RESPECT children's neurological development. The school is very beautiful, but they lack ethics and pedagogy.

Our son has been at ecopia since August. He is very happy with his teachers and friends. His mental development is astonishing, he read his weight of a scale at 2 years old. The facility is always very clean.… They do a lot of fun activities and share the photos. It’s nice to know he is being taught new things and not just being babysat. Our only wish is that there would be more focus placed on potty training since he does spend the majority of his waking hours at school during the week.

My boys have been attending Ecopia Day School since the start of this school year. My oldest is in VPK and my middle son just turned 3 and is in the early pre-school program. They both love it! They're always excited to go to school, see their friends and learn new things. As a former early childhood teacher finding a school where my children would… begin to build their foundation in education was very important to me.
I toured the school this summer and left that day feeling comfortable and academically enriched myself. The Reggio style of teaching is something that I know about but have

Our son started in the preschool program last year and has continued into the VPK program this year. We were so pleased with his wonderful teacher, Ms. Andie and the administrative leaders that we enrolled our daughter in the preschool program this year as well. The small class sizes and personal attention each student receives is one of their best assets and there are many more. I am very impressed with the progress my son has made so far this year! Ms. Lindsey is a fantastic teacher!
