I was a customer with Russell Content's office for over two (2) years and in that time frame, they increased my rate 3 times. I had no speeding tickets, no accidents, not 1 claim and yet my rates increased; I finally had enough of paying these high rates and switched. Here's the kicker - I cancelled my policies on a Friday; I emailed the office of Russell Content stating I wanted to cancel my policies and to not charge me on the upcoming bill date. After 4 years of using Russell Content and his team, I have yet to ever speak to or communicate with Russell Content. His team has not been helpful to answer my questions and continually and only refers me to the national State Farm hotline. I am currently seeking a new agent.

The staff are courteous and really listen to your needs. We are a family on a budget with two kids at home and one in college. John found us such a good deal, that I had to ask more than once if the amount was correct! the customer service hands down is the best I've ever experienced with an insurance company. no matter how trivial the question was, like why do my rates go up sometimes with no accidents, or tickets? I was answered honestly. I also didn't even know I had road side assistance! I could have used that! They told me what came with my policy and didn't rush me to sign without knowing

I was contacted by Zak in response to a quote request. He was friendly and quick. He got everything in order for me. The office manager Nikki quickly emailed me all the documents needed and I was insured and ready to roll in less than 45 minutes (as I teach middle school and could not respond as fast as they did).
