We had Rhonda as our Property Manager through Kings Realty for five years, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! We rented a bungalow in Seminole Heights that had its occasional repairs, and Rhonda was always available, responded quickly, and followed up to be sure we were doing well. Everything from AC needing maintenance to pest control was handled without any inconveniences, just by picking up the phone and calling Rhonda. The maintenance people she worked with were always prompt and professional.

After retiring from the Army and moving to Florida, Rhonda was/is a huge part of our transition. We decided renting was the route we wanted to go and she found us a place and had it ready for us to move into when we pulled into town. She worked with us remotely from Indianapolis and we are still in our home over 2 years later as I could not imagine having a more amazing landlord such as herself. I would highly recommend doing business with her because she is like family to us now.
