Why are you not willing to have a downtown presence? Right now one of live tellers is down as well. Do you not want the business of the business owners downtown? You new management is lacking.

I will never bank with Pen Air or it’s affiliates again after the horrible customer service they gave me over the phone when I had someone rob me and take everything from me. The girl I spoke to needs to loose her job including her subordinates and when I ask to speak to a manage she told me no. The guy I spoke to previously was able to help but but the girl I spoke to has no business being in a bank or any customer service I have been banking with pen air for 5 years! And that’s how they treat their loyal bankers.

Asked teller to withdraw money out of MY account since I am on a family members account I gave her the account I wanted the money withdrawn from TWICE well low and behold she took it out of the WRONG account which I didn't realize until I had left, I accept the blame for not checking while I was at the branch but I felt I was dealing with professionals. When I returned I dealt with the teller next to her, who was very professional, the teller who made the mistake didn't have the decency to acknowledge the error nor apologize. This is not the service I would expect.

This bank is really good if you have time to go in and log in on a actual computer. If you use the app it NEVER works. It constantly says it can’t display the information. No matter where you are. Got a new phone cause they said it had to be my device. Turns out it’s just the app they have. Cause even with a brand new phone the app still doesn’t work

Somehow an account I just keep at Pen Air was hacked and the hackers managed to use all all the money in the account and overdraft my account. This never would have happened with BOA. (BOA has always erred on the side of caution with my debit cards.)
I first called on the 17th regarding my account being hacked and spoke with a person. I had to leave a message for the fraud department! I could not talk to one of them. It is now the 23rd and I am on the phone yet again trying to get the fraud dept to do something about my account and shut off my card. It is unbelievable!

This location has the friendliest service!! Caleb has helped me a few times and is very nice and really went the extra mile for me and it was so appreciated! I will always make the drive to this branch! Highly recommend if you are looking for the right credit union!!

Classic example of a small credit union gone corporate. Don't think you're getting typical credit union service here because you will not. This is nothing but big bank in disguise. I had some red flags in the beginning but ignored them. While my pay was severely affected by the Covid, I enjoyed endless harassment and threats from the loan department as I struggled to keep my vehicle from being repossessed by them. It mattered very little that I was making only 35% of my typical salary. The repeatedly lied to my wife and myself and the shady and policies they practice have only one purpose and it

I don't know about these other people, but the service I've received since I opened my account has been stellar. They answer when I call. They respond to my emails, (when I've had a need to send one). My car loan payments are on time since I've been using the online money transfer. I couldn't be happier with them. Even when I considered a home loan a few years ago, they were quick to call me and set up the interview. They explained the whole process and advised me what to bring in to make the qualifying process quicker. Granted, I'm not a big fan of standing and waiting when I have to deposit money

Frustration!! Somehow I failed to sign the check for my monthly payment. You would think that someone would pick up the phone and call for a credit card number so that my payment would not be late and incur late fees. No!!! The check is held and returned a week later way after the due date so that I could be screwed out of money via late fees! I try to never be late with payments! Then, after calling immediately after opening the letter, no one answers the phone. I leave a message, and no one returns the call!
