Worst of the worst. I would NEVER advise anyone to go to this facility. Seems like no one knows what's going on EVER. Put it this way. If I got shot in the parking lot, I'd drive myself down to Clovis Community Hospital lol

I was pleasantly surprised when I went to ER yesterday (morning). The young Dr. Was very upbeat, knowledgeable and super nice. All staff from the time I walked in were very nice, respectful and processed my visit smoothly. I used to hear horrors about going to ER and how staff was rude; it was complete opposite. They were processing patients so smoothly that waiting area was not impacted. The cleaning lady came and cleaned almost every five min.
Thank you staff.

3 years ago I accidentally cut my hand and my tendons were showing. Ran in there with my sister and they took me in right away. The doctor cleaned my hand, gave me shots and right away sowed it together. I must say the ER is for sure for medical accidents that happen. If you have medical issues weekly, monthly etc please get ahold of a PCP and get checked monthly to avoid the ER, get a physical, blood work, and get on it! There are so many programs that help you that your insurance covers. ER is for accidents that are deadly. Respectfully just saying.

This hospital murdered my 76 year old mother with Covid. They isolate your loved one and give them medication and treatments without consulting with family. My Mom had to urinate in a water pitcher because no one checked on her. She was terrified and they told her if she would have been vaccinated she wouldn't be in there! No regard for her life or comfort. They ignored her family and put security on us anytime we stepped foot on hospital property. A respiratory therapist told her she was going to die! They starved her for 2 days! She coded and ended up on a ventilator! Hope the money they

Do not ever let your loved one go into this hospital. Especially if they are older and have Covid. They will not help them. Will discriminate against unvaccinated people. GO TO FRESNO OR CLOVIS IF YOU WANT A FAMILY MEMBER TO HAVE A CHANCE

Very negative experience. I haven't had to go to ER for past 7 years. Went last night due to shortness of breath. I had already been diagnosed with Bronchitis and Laryngitis by my doctor, and had been feeling ill 2 weeks. I was concerned about my health. I interacted with several staff. Most were very rude. I am very empathetic and know they they must be exhausted and are trying their best. However, when one is feeling ill, bedside manner is so crucial. I was told my results were all clear even before I had some of the tests. They minimized my symptoms. I am grateful they were able to conduct

Updated on my mom. All they did was blood work.. they were trying to do a ct on her abdomen with contrast and my mom didn’t let them do it.. I spoke to the Dr that was on shift and asked them why were they doing that. Her response was because my mom said she had pain.. but like I explained to the Dr that she only has pain right b4 she has to use the bathroom.. my mom was so upset because they were not listening to what was wrong so she left after being there for over 5 hrs and all they did was blood work and they wouldn’t give her the results because she wanted to leave..Horrible service!!

My father was here at MCH for about a month. The hospital was trying to place him in a long term nursing facility due to our family not being able to provide him the care he needs (final stages dementia)
I received a phone call from a care manager from the hospital, she told me my father had been accepted into a home and I wrote down the name and location. I told her I would call back because I needed to speak with my family and Google the facility to see if it would be a good fit for him. My family agreed, this place had great reviews and we felt it was a safe place for him to live until he passes

I lived in Madeira for 17 years and what a mistake. This hospital has one of the worst track records of good doctors. I spoke to many people with bad results of hearing the same thing they could of lived but are not caring and sloppy. I had my father and mother treated there and both times could not wait to pull them out. In regard to my mother, she was taken there and after four days I pulled her out after one foreign doctor she was just old and she was going to die sometimes doctors from other countries don't have good attitudes having a different take about being old. it's her time

If I can rate this hospital if you can call it a hospital it would be 0!!! The ER staff especially the doctors are horrible!! My father who is a senior citizen went in to the ER with his blood sugar levels high, and while being in observation he was hungry and ask one of the doctors for food. And the respond was I am hungry too. Can you believe how inhumane is this!!! If they don't offer food to ER patients how about giving us family a call so we can bring some food, but since all the COVID situation we cant visit and be there with our love ones!! I am seriously going to be writing a letter

I rarely come to the ER, but I had to go because of shortness of breath (I have asthma) and fast heart rate. The ER was the last place that I wanted to be. I had the BEST nurses (Robin and Julie) and doctor! They had the best attitudes and I know the ER can be overwhelming. They were very attentive and took good care of me. I am appreciative. Thank you!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Do not get your Cov19 test done here. It's been over a week to get results back when they promised 3 days. I know people who had their test done 2 days at a different facility and had their results the next day. Gave them the benefit of the doubt to get the result. It is now affecting work travel because I'm they are unable to confirm results. Should have went somewhere else at the beginning of the week to get results faster than what is being done by them now.

I went to ER 5/22/2018 due to chest discomfort. The Triage Nurse did not allow my family member to join me as he did EVERY OTHER PATIENT!

I was seen by a PA who gave me a diagnosis without ever examining me. I had to tell him to remove that diagnosis from my paperwork because he had absolutely no basis for it.

They made me sit in the COLD COLD COLD waiting area. I was called back for an EKG then back to lobby, Nurse came with wheelchair and I didn't kno why- took me tonhave chest X-ray and I didn't know why. And then back to COLD COLD COLD lobby. Nurse came to get me for blood tests

Worst hospital ever. They don't treat the patients by level of pain. Which sucks because we have to be waiting for hooours before going in just to get the vitals then they take u back out to the waiting area and you wait for houuurrs again .
Also when you call, the worst girls ever answer the phones, so rude. Idk where these ratchets are getting their certificate from , but they need to teach them some people skills. They make the hospital look so unprofessional. This hospital should learn from the Palomar Hospital in San Diego.

I went in to hospital for an outpatient gallbladder removal on Friday 29th. From registration to release the staff were helpful and patient with me. It was my first time for any form of surgery and all through the day they were uplifting and calming.
I was back out by 3.00 and had surgery at 11.30. As a smaller facility than Clovis and St Agnes, they don't have all the latest toys at hand but I was very pleased and grateful for all their attentions.
A great hospital with wonderful, friendly staff. Many thanks for all your care.
