The staff is very slow to respond in my experience. In addition, when staff is questioned or nicely asked for services that logic would dictate being part of their job, they often have an attitude or complain. Some staff members are just plain rude. Cleanliness does not seem to be a priority as I have seen feces laying around for long periods of time, while visiting patients.

This place is amazing. My mom was in this place from June of 2019, after breaking her ankle, to March 1, 2020. She was 99 years young, looking forward to celebrating her 100th birthday on August 10 this year.
She could not have been in a better place because there isn't a better place, this place was the "Best"!! Mom never met a stranger, they were all her friends. The staff there at Anberrys (Atwater, Calif) treated mom with so much respect, so much caring & they even took the time to come into her room to visit with her, often. Mom loved visits & she loved the entire Anberrys staff.

I stayed there 3 weeks after 10 days in the hospital for emergency surgery. It was a good experience. The staff was very efficient and attentive. The PT staff was excellent. I was expected to stay longer, but wanted to be home for Thanksgiving with my children. They worked with me to make that possible. I love them.

I would give this place at 0 Stars if it was possible.
My reasoning for this is my brother had a stroke and needs Rehabilitation.
The doctor wrote his orders as saying he uses a vape pen. He does not and anberry refused him because of that. My brother had the doctor rewrite the order with the correct medication which is Marinol and anberry still refuse to take him.
Their reasoning:
They say that that doesn't change anything because the doctor wrote it originally and they've had problems with people that sneak in vape pens and people like him. The problem with this is he doesn't use a vape pen

The staff where all so nice and helped me understand that my dad could hear me hours before he's passing away in Feb. 2009. The RN asked me if I had any questions and helped me. I got to be there. I got to hold his hand and kiss his forehead and the last time I did, There is more to the story!! You will have to ask me!! It was a wonderful experience! He know the Lord!

This place is dangerous. I would not let them take care of my dog. We have had two family members there. They have doubled the medication doses that caused halucinations for one person and could have caused death for the other one if it hadnt been caught. A week without a shower , not following a low sodium diet for a person with heart problems. Missing or inadequat meals. There physical therapy personel are horrible and spend more time talking amongst themselves and leave the patients sitting in a chair. Do not use this place.
