Unsealed raw concrete is constantly dirty, and concrete dust tracks into your house all the time. Over time, moisture, oil, and the elements conspire to destroy your concrete, causing cracks and pitting and generally making a mess. Depending on the temperature, each of our coatings can cure in four to six hours (foot traffic), and we can even add a custom logo to your floor if you desire.
Transform dull or damaged concrete without having to pay to rip it out and replace it with new!. A thin color concrete cement-based protective coating can be applied over existing concrete for repair or decorative reasons. Overlays can give almost any concrete surface a complete face-lift through a variety of finishes and restore the concrete to a "like new" appearance without the hefty price tag.

Loved working with Neil. Getting a contractor to answer their phone, show up when they say they will, and then complete the project within a small timeframe and on budget is so rare these days it’s like finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow! I’m guess I’m saying I think Neil is a unicorn! Don’t look any further. Just get on their schedule. You won’t regret it!

Neil Karl was a pleasure to work with during this entire project. He was a great communicator. He walked us through the quote, product specs and color options and the details of what we wanted done to our single car garage floor needing a serious renovation. He caulked the expansion joints for a smooth finish and repaired damaged concrete from the salt and snow removal wear and tear. He also color matched the concrete to our approach to match the HOA color requirements on the exterior of our garage. Neil completed the job in just one day and we love the results. Neil had limited space in our town

Neil Karl installed a Polyurea coating on our new garage floor. The service was quick, professional, and a great value. I especially appreciate that they added our pony walls which makes for a very appealing finish. Upon Neil's recommendation, we went with Gunflint color and are very happy with the result. Neil did an excellent job on our stairs. The concrete was poured during the winter and had serious damage. He repaired the damage and then coated the stairs and they are now beautiful. He is very hard working and does great work. I highly recommend his service.
