They refused to give me an estimate for water damage in our ceiling from our air handler until they could tear out the drywall. Two weeks went by with no estimate. I called Brandon, the “project manager,” who’s rude and constantly asks how I got his number (um, the company you work for gave it to me) and I asked when I could expect the estimate. … This was on a Friday, and he responded “I’ll have it done by Monday.” I called late in the day on Monday, wondering where the estimate was and was told I would have it by the end of the day. Driving on the 10 W when either the owner or an employee decided that they were above waiting to get off on Avondale BLVD. Cut right in front of me (when there was clearly no room) in his “lifted” tan Toyota… Tacoma with my son, causing me to slam my brakes on. After giving him a well deserved honk he decided it would be smart to get aggressive with his brakes. Complete trash can of an employee. Riding people’s rears and flooring it on streets in and out of traffic. Then we get stuck at a light and he gets cheeky creeping up next to me going to town on his horn while waiting

This is one of the worst companies my wife and I had to deal with. To preference is, we did not have work done on our residence by Cesar and Brandon, but we dealt with them in Dec 2020, on a bid to repair water damage. Cesar has since apologized for Brandon and himself, but we feel we needed to post a review, so others are aware of our experience. I have to agree with most everyone else here, this place is a scam. Their Project Manger came to my house and I got a bad feeling and decided to see what everyone else was saying. And YEP! After seeing Nate's and Lisa's reviews, I can confirm that their Project Manager is indeed a felon. See below for the link with his face and record. We had a custom entertainment wall constructed by Water Fighters. We had a concept that included a stacked stone center, with linear fireplace and mantel. Two knotty alder cabinets on the sides and floating shelves with lights. The end result was better than we expected. Cesar and his crew were amazing. I would highly recommend Water Fighters, you won't be disappointed.

Cesar and his crew at Water Fighters Restoration were professional, punctual and helped explain the whole process thoroughly. We were really nervous about what the end product would look like as our leak was pretty bad, but they made it seem like nothing ever happened and left it nice and clean when they were finished. I am so happy with the work this company has provided for my home , we had them come in and take a look at our laundry for any possible mold growth and they came in well prepared on time !! they also provided a Technician specialized on Mold testing which unfortunately results came back positive :( but no stress for me nor my wife he went right in took all the affected areas out cleaned and disinfected the area we also learned that he does the build back as well so again no stress he took right on left my house exactly how it was same paint match great texture match as if it had never happened
