We recognize that all of our young patients are unique and deserve to receive dental care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented dental team is committed to working with you and your child to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding dental experience every time you visit our practice.
Your child's exam will take about 45 minutes. Each regular exam includes a detailed teeth cleaning, in which we will clean, polish, and rinse the teeth to remove any tartar and plaque that have built up on the tooth's surface. Visiting our office every six months gives you the chance to talk to the doctor about any questions you may have about your child's oral health.
Dr Ward is a full-time associate who joined our practice in 2021. He is a recent graduate of UAB School of Dentistry. Dr. Ward is a general dentist who is concentrating his practice on pediatric dentistry. He plans on practicing with us for a year before enrolling in an intense 2 year pediatric dental residency next year.
Dr Reaves is a part-time associate who joined our practice in 2021. Dr. Reaves is a pediatric dentist who completed her pediatric dental residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Reaves has years of experience treating children. Dr Reaves plans on working with us part time as she gets her own private practice up and running in Birmingham, AL.

Worth the 40 minute drive! Very clean and very friendly staff. My 3 yo had a great visit, and the lady who first looked at her teeth and gave her prizes (I didn't get her name) was so so sweet to my daughter. Dr Liles was great too. Her old dentist no one was no where near as friendly to us as this office was. I'm so glad I switched her dentist!!

Dr. Liles is great, but there's one hygienist in particular, Megan, who has clearly chosen the wrong career path. She's rude, condescending, and I was honestly shocked as I witnessed her lack of empathy for a child who was clearly afraid and upset. It's sad, actually, that she would scold and speak down to a child who was obviously having a bad experience.

I ABSOLUTELY adore Liles Pediatric Dentistry in its entirety!! The whole staff and Dr. Liles are always cheerful and welcoming every-time we walk through the door! All my kids will be going to him!! We do not dread dentist appointments anymore and that is such an amazing feeling! We will never go anywhere else!!

Okay so my son is 3 and today he had his very first dentist appointment. We get there and Ms.Walker greets us in our car to come in. We went back and she did a great job cleaning his teeth made him very comfortable through the process. They notice the start of a small cavity in one of his back teeth.We were able to have it fixed while we were there. The whole staff was awesome. VERY FRIENDLY we will be returning thank you to everyone today yall are awesome.

We love Dr. Liles we have been seeing him since my son was 3yrs and now my daughter who's 5yrs old and we wouldn't have it any other way. The staff is amazing, sweet kind and they make you feel very welcome & comfortable, especially with everything going on and the parent not being able to go inside they put your mind at ease Making sure that our kiddos are taken care of and letting you/us know they're in good .....no great hands. Wow! My daughter just had her first dental visit with Dr. Liles and we were beyond impressed. They were able to schedule us the same week I called and every time I spoke with someone on the phone they were extremely professional and helpful. The office is immaculate but not only that it is clearly well managed and efficient. The visit was fast yet personable. Dental assistants were friendly and immediately my daughter loved them. Dr. Liles was kind, professional and obviously skillful at what he does. We will be back and highly recommend!
