Gus is great. I described the issue over the phone. He correctly diagnosed the issue. He came by quickly and figured out how to fix it. This is a complex multi-point European lock, and he figured out how adjust it.
He even adjusted two other door handles I hadn't mentioned.
Reasonable price, personable, competent. Highly recommended.

The prices were better than the dealership and I highly recommend him for any of your needs as he is knowledgeable of many makes and models. Guy was early to our appointment. The latch on my deck door wasn’t catching. I saw reviews on Yelp for Guy’s services , all five stars so I gave him a call. He fixed the latch on the door, cleaned the areas so the it slides easily and his services was reasonable!

I googled a lock smith and what totally caught my attention was the 5 star review. As soon as I called, Guy answered right away, and was able to quote me over the phone and in less than an hour he was able to meet me at the location I needed assistance at. He is super fast, professional and polite. Completed the job in approx. 30 min. By far the fastest and very good at what he does. Guy have to damage locker, I say yes please ., after Guy so friendly give me set up his old one locker . I want to give to Guy more tip and he just get he want . People the other side think everyone so difficult. Guy pay his skill to help

I had called another locksmith for help earlier in the day, but he ghosted me and never showed up.
This ended up being very fortuitous because I was able to get in touch with Guy instead.
He was able to diagnose my problem on the phone, and suggested I use WD-40 and told me there could be something blocking the lock. He said to try that, and if it still wouldn't open he'd be happy to help.
Ended up working like a charm! Sprayed a ton of the WD-40 and pounded on the door to push the objects back that were blocking it, and finally got

Guy showed up right away to install a new deadbolt on our front door of my in-laws home. He gave us a few options to choose from and his recommendations on which lock was better. He made us extra keys too. He was very organized. Guy reinforced all door hinges and door framing as well. He even checked a few other locks and window locks for us. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He rates are reasonable.
I would definitely recommend Guy when your in need of a great locksmith!!!
