Clay and the guys did a great job replacing the drive shaft and driven gear in my df175 Suzuki. Job was completed at the price originally quoted, and work was finished in a timely manner.

Since I moved my boat to Naples 5 years ago Sawyer’s is the only place I have taken my boat for repairs and upgrades. This family owned business takes pride in their work and stands behind their work. I have been on a more boats then the average person but when it come to the marine electrical side of things they do some of the cleanest work and make the wiring look like art. I highly recommend them to anyone with a yamaha, Suzuki, or how just needs work done to their boat.

The entire crew at Sawyer Marine are very nice and efficient. They got me started with my first skiff. Clay, a marine mechanic, has been especially helpful in communicating with me so I wouldn't have any surprise charges. I would definitely recommend using them.

I recently purchased a Used Suzuki from SOS. The entire team at Sawyers Outboard Service was very knowledgeable and extremely polite when I was asking a hundred questions to them. I am a independent marine business owner in Naples Florida, I have been in business for 20 years. I have purchased all of my OEM Yamaha parts from Sawyers for the last 12-15 years. Never had a problem with any parts until March 2, 2020, sent Sawyers parts department a picture of engine serial number, 300 Yamaha, did a full service including changing oil and filter. Customer used the boat for 10-12 hours and developed a leaking oil filter, I returned the filter to Sawyers Parts Department, to get a new filter, I was advised that oil filter was incorrect part, I told them that I wanted a new filter

Hands down best place to take your boat for work!! I bought a Suzuki 300 with an overheating problem. Kitt and his team left my motor brand new! Most honest, knowledgeable, respectful people in the business!! Will take my boat to Sawyers with my eyes closed, knowing everything is going to be done right!!

My experiences with Sawyer's is nothing short of fantastic. I live about 70 miles from the shop and will take my boat to them without hesitation. Was having an overheat issue with a tournament coming up in 10 days. They had my boat fixed in 4 days with extensive work completed.
I've called from the water, and they walked me thru an issue over the phone which saved the trip. Another time a tech met me at the ramp and diagnosed an issue on the water. My boat has been to them 4-5 times with different issues and always left satisfied.
This is how customer service should be.

I have been buying my Outboards from Kitt Sawyer for the past 15 years or so. He is the nicest, most knowledgeable and honest person in this business. He listens to what you want and will help direct you to the right set up to meet your needs. Every installation he has done for me has been flawless and his customer service is second to none. Other dealers may try to lead you to believe their price point is going to be lower, but when it comes down to it you will save Nothing by purchasing your Suzuki Outboard anywhere else. Could not find a new prop for my Suzuki outboard anywhere in town, until I called Sawyers.
It was in stock, very fairly priced, and the folks who work there are both friendly and knowledgeable...and they don't treat you like you aren't.
It's a bit of a drive for me, but worth it.

This place is great. I called because I was having an issue with my motor and instead of telling me to hurry in the owner tried troubleshooting right over the phone and knew the problem. I brought my boat in anyways and he outlined things from my manual. By far the best boat mechanic in Naples. Will be the only Suzuki verified dealer I go to for my service.
