I just had a 4 appointments over about a 2 month period, a root canal, crown and two fillings. All were done easily and with very little to no pain and all healed well, and still very affordable. I never ever waited, as soon as I arrived I was seen. I can’t say enough nice things about this office, from reception to billing the hygienists and doctors are all kind and welcoming. I love that it’s all women, I feel safe and well taken care of when I’m there. I recommend both doctors at this office they are both professional and do quality work. Thank you ladies, I look forward to my next cleaning

They are not the cleanest, and they lack in communication skills, professionalism, temperance, and integrity when it comes to insurance.
Im sure you can find a newer, cleaner place in the so cal area which is what I intend to do after todays visit.......
Word of advice! Make sure you are assertive in what you are coming in for and what they are billing because if you don't ask questions these dental offices will do anything they want to you and your insurance. And when you respectfully address them they make you out to be combative and try to stereotype you.
Find a better dentist. Not worth

I have been a very happy and well cared for patient of Dr. Jacinto for many years. A colleague referred me to her years ago and she has been our family dentist ever since. Dr Jacinto and her staff are all very caring and competent. Her practice is always keeping up with new technologies and she is very smart and careful with her advice to optimize care and cost of recommend procedures. I highly recommend her.

Efficient, informative, painless. My daughter and I have been coming here for the past two years for both regular dentistry and orthodontics. I appreciate the great customer service from her staff as well as their professionalism; they truly make you feel welcome here. You never wait more than a couple minutes before you’re seen, she answers all questions with patience and care, you really feel like you’re in capable hands. I also appreciate the appointment reminder texts the day before. I can honestly say my dental anxieties have all but gone away since finding this practice.

Dr. Russel Jacinto is the best dentist I’ve had in my 30+ years. She offers valuable information some dentists won’t readily share—and her expertise and care is unmatched. Her staff is warm, friendly, and makes you feel like home. I appreciate the office’s straightforward, no-fluff approach and the consistent hospitality I’ve experienced over the past few years. I’ve moved across town and still plan to make the commute for my all my dental needs.
