First of all let me just start off by saying that this dental office has the friendliest staff! Everyone is so welcoming and there to make sure going to the dentist isn't as dreadful of an experience. Dr. Hovik and Dr. Lusine are the best at what they do. This dentist is the goat! I have went to a ton of different doctors throughout my lifetime, and have never felt more comfortable when doing dental work. I will never go to anyone else anymore. He made my wisdom tooth removal feel like I’m at a salon. I was in and out within 10 minutes without any pain. Thank you boss I appreciate you🙏🏼!

I have been seeing Dr. Karapetian for several years and he has always been interesting and kind and the work excellent. I plan my visit when I am in the Los Angles area. This time I came down from Santa Barbara. Next visit I will be coming up from San Diego.
This past week I went in for a check up and teeth cleaning. As always Dr. Karapetian was friendly as he turned me over to the technician who would do the cleaning. She was amazing! In all my dental experiences in the US/CA and around the world I have never had such an efficient, thorough and gentle experience.

Hi guy, just want to share my experience. My friends recommended me this office and doctor Oganes Karapetian DDC. I had surgery today, two sides sinus lifting, two implants and also doctor found and pulled out piece of root, that was left after my previous dentist pulled out my tooth. That piece of root could cause me big infection in the future. I can honestly say, doctor Oganes was the best dentist in my life. Highly professional and very responsible, he is Doctor from the God!! I really appreciate his talent, hard work and gold hands!! It's 5 hours after surgery now and I am feeling great

My first time here at Kool Dentistry. I can't say enough for how wonderful everyone is in this dental office. Dr is very knowledgeable and makes you feel really comfortable and does an amazing Dental work. The x ray machine they have is cool and they really do a great job on your smile. The care I received was nothing short of awesome. I am glad my wife told me about this place with great friendly staff and am getting my teeth on the right path

I can't recommend enough this place. glad we met this couple outside of the business and become friends and patients. Kool is really a cool place with brand new interior and office. as a business owner myself i do understand how expensive it can be. but most important is professional attitude and experience of both doctors we got here every time. my son did braces and that was the best choice we could do. i definitely understand there are many dentists around the this area but we found the best

After years of delaying my wisdom tooth extraction, it began hurting me, to the point I couldn't take it anymore. So I went to my primary dentist, which by the way, is incredible. BEWARE!! This dentist is so unprofessional. I have visited this dentist multiple times and have left disappointed each time. The customer service here is horrible. Be prepared to be kicked out because he is too busy, even though you have an appointment!!! I went in to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and was asked to leave because he couldn't find my veins to give me the anesthesia. After 30 mins of him trying, he asked me to leave and reschedule because he felt rushed because he had a busy day ahead of him?? I came to Dr.Karapetian to get my wisdom teeth removed and I had such a great experience. My tooth was growing sideways so it was a bit more complicated than a regular wisdom teeth removal but nonetheless he was able to remove it. I had very minimal pain and swelling. He's a very nice doctor and I recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Karapetian is amazing I went for my wisdom tooth he took it out in 10 minutes or less. He's really talented and amazing and funny and professional. My family goes to him only since he's amazing at what he does. Best experience ever!

They’re very unorganized, I basically wasted my time. I was referred by a family friend and unfortunately it was a complete waste. I showed up to get a redo root canal, and only then did they bring up the whole cost....awful...I’m very disappointed. Good luck, they may treat you better if you know them, but chances are slim! 🤦🏻♀️ The male doctor seems way nicer, the other female doctor not so much. Instead of having a reassuring effect on me she had the opposite. Very unprofessional overall. The front desk worker is also very cold, not friendly at all. Bad vibes....

During these times with an ongoing pandemic, I was forced to see a dentist due to tooth pain associated with a filling that was done previously. But Dr Ovik implements confidence and courage; with Dr Ovik vast experience I can rest assure that any operation will be completed quickly and efficiently. After a very bad experience with a few dentists I was told to contact Kool Dentistry. They might seem a little unfriendly to someone who is not familiar with Armenian culture, but they are the best! Dr. Karapetian not only tolerated my 10000 questions (i was very scared and superstitious because of my previous negative experience), but also did an awesome job fixing my teeth. I had a root canal done, a crown and a filling. They also found cavities in a wisdom tooth, but i decided not to fix it for now and have it removed later as i don't really use it; I maxed out my insurance for 2020 so

Once I stepped in to the "kool dentistry" I already felt positive energy coming from every single person working over there. Can't be happier than this to meet Doctor himself.
