We signed a contract with them in April of 2021 and am still waiting for my well. They originally said 6-8 weeks but obviously that hasn't happened. They gave me a good price and I'm wondering if that's why? They don't answer phone calls or return emails, I've reached out many times. Wish they'd honor their word ... or at least communicate they're not able to do it.

I know there is a lot of options for Well Services but trust me these are the people to go with. Our well pump went out overnight on a Friday night. Called multiple well pump companies Saturday morning and got a lot of voicemails. However I called these guys and Dominic picked up and saved the day. If you need a company to fix or replace your well pump then go with these guys. They are super knowledgeable and most important of all honest. I really felt like he had my best interest at heart. As where most time I call repair people I feel like they are just trying to squeeze every dollar they can

I have to say this company has the best customer service. They are wonderful on the phone as well in person. I’ve needed them on 4 occasions over the last 5 years. Called on a Sunday. Received service in an hour and a half after calling which in my opinion is extremely fast. Jorge was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. My sprinkler system had been going haywire since my go to sprinkler guy retired a year or more ago. So, I did a little research and found this company. From the time I called, until the appointment was only 24 hours! Wow! I used to have to wait at least one week with the prior company. The two young gentlemen that came over were very knowledgeable, and polite young men. I knew they would have to rewire, change out some parts, reprogram the timer, and check the pump. These guys are awesome. I just moved to the area and wanted to put a well in. The owner came out and talked with me and gave me a great offer. I had quotes from three other drilling companies, but all tech provided the most bang for my buck. They pulled all the permits needed and started working within a week of hiring them to put in a well. The guys that did the drilling were respectful to my wife and kids. My son is 2 so he loves big trucks and him and I sat and watched the guys work for a while. The guys did not cuss, or act inappropriate in any way, which I find to be a major plus. The guys
