Alright Sales, my only complaint is about the homeless people shopping, It’s unsanitary and I don’t want my kids around unsanitary people.

This place is very lovely everyone was so sweet and welcoming :) the cashier who was wearing a mushroom shirt answered all my questions and was very sweet thank you for the service !!

The absolute worse place. I used to recommend them to EVERY new mom/foster mom BUT after bringing a huge black bag full of clothes that they said “was only worth five dollars” and paid us 15 for a stroller THAT THEY ARE CURRENTLY SELLING FOR 29 dollars!! AND said it’s 20 dollar store credit or 15 cash -_- so overall they paid us nothing for a black bag full of clothes that they claim they “donated” it!

Found a LOT of very nice clothes here at an excellent price. My friend found tons of awesome kids clothes for her grandson!! Again- can’t thank and commend the staff enough: YOU GUYS ROCK!!! 🙌

All of the employees are very friendly, helpful, and make shopping here as comfortable as a yard sale. They always take a good percentage of the items I've brought in & given me a decent amount of store credit. Prices are way less than Goodwill. Lot of cool sexy shoes & slinky outfits..

Love that the store is HUGE. My first time at this location.. I was overwhelmed with excitement of how much they have there. Unfortunately I left with one pair of baby bloomers... I'm not sure why second hand stuff has to be sooooo outdated and ugly. I don't think I saw a single thing that wasn't tacky, pink, and just plain goofy for the baby girls. They get to choose what they take in... and the stuff they pick is just awful. They should maybe choose things that are more popular these days other than 90's looking stuff. It IS possible.

We LOVE this place. We do quite a bit of thrifting and this is hands down my favorite place. They have such good brands here with amazing prices. Whether we need seasonal items or just regular clothes for the kids we can always find what we need.

Great place to shop. Reasonable, affordable, neat findings.
Yet, they have got to the point their too popular that their becoming even more picky with trade ins. Which is unfortunate when people come in to trade in so they can exchange it for bigger stuff for their children or other factors their interested in... most they take for “donation”, give you a low all credit.. now that’s how they make it. So I guess after my last drop I’m in search of a new trade in place...

Don't waste your time selling women's clothing or accessories. I brought in two bags full of clothes and Jewelry. They kept a few pairs of jeans, a few sweaters, several shirts, 2 very expensive jackets, and over 40 Chico's brand jewelry pieces and only gave me $10. They also don't give you the option of rejecting their deal and getting your stuff back. It's either take their deal or don't take their deal and they keep your stuff anyway. I wish I would've seen a post like this before I decided to go to them. Please consider this before selling women's clothes

My mother came in here and picked up a double stroller for me while I was pregnant, priced at $85. I was not there to see the stroller, but I trusted that for the price it was pretty nice. Unfortunately the stroller was extremely difficult to steer and was NOT worth $85. When my husband and I decided we wanted to upgrade to something nicer (after only using this stroller 3 times) we decided to take it back and put the store credit towards a more expensive, side by side double stroller. They told me they would give me $10 for the stroller we had previously paid $85 for. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I explained

We were SO impressed with this store. We purchased over 100 baby items for less than $60. Cheaper than other consignment stores and much better selections! Will 100% be back as we prepare for new baby!

The only "problem" we ran into is that you couldn't tell who worked there - I ended up asking this lady a bunch of questions about items (who was so nice with her responses) only to find out after she didn't work there LOL! I had a couple people ask me questions too - in which I had to tell them I didn't work there. It provided a lot of comedy overall, but a name tag or

I was pretty impressed with what they have in this consignment place. I've driven by it so many times and couldn't even figure out what it was until my trusted yelp showed this location when looking for a consignment place

Customer service was great. Not a ton of people and the selections are great! Prices are great. As my third babe, I really can't see myself spending so much money on a tiny person who will change sizes in 1 week. The clothes I found was in excellent condition. I'm thinking that they're very picky on what they choose to resell. Most are even cheaper

I had purchased a Jolly Jumper for my granddaughter before she was born. Five months later when she was able to get into it, I discovered one of those alarm tags right in the center of the seat. I took it back with the receipt,to get the tag removed and the woman accused me of stealing it. she was the store manager.

I wanted to purchase a sweater that was in the display case the manager Nichole would not sell this to me even though it had a price tag because she didn't want to go through the trouble of removing the sweater off the manikin. Very poor service.

I have purchased and sold and I really enjoy this place. You can find from toys to strollers, to kids clothing and costumes. Let's not forget items for mom and dad. Very enjoyable store. You must come and see. Great affordable prices.

I used to love this place. They were a great place for me to be able to sell my son’s clothes and I’ve been coming here for over a year now. I had a horrible experience the last time I went to sell clothes. I brought in a huge trash bag of his stuff on Tuesday May 28th and was told they would not be done with it until the following Monday at 5pm. I had no idea they would not call me if it got done early. So I call on Saturday June 1st to see if my bag was done and they said yes we’re offering $27 store credit or $13 cash... so I go to pick up the cash and my leftover items and there’s like

Ok for shopping it's alright for resale baby clothing and children's as well....But as far as dropping off super nice designer stuff mixed in w Gymboree and nice brands from Dillards with tags still on... don't expect much store credit or cash pay out... for as full of stuff this place is they should give more store credit/or cash for some very very nice baby items they took from me. Besides being greedy and picky, the store was hot and musty. Im sure the way you're ripping off poor mother's left and right you could keep it cooler in there.

I went in recently for the first time. I bought various baby clothes and thought the deals were amazing. I was able to get 15 baby outfits and a large bouncy ball for my son for a total of 16$. The store was a little bit on the messy side but it is a thrift store so it was not bad. I was very pleased with the quality of items, the quantity, as well as the prices! I just dropped off some items to sell but was told it would take a few days for them to get back to me. So I am not yet sure how selling with them is, but I will buy again!

This place is amazing! The staff is super friendly and everyone is always so nice. I find some really great deals here.

Their policy has been change when selling clothes, I drop off 3 bag of clothes and the lady told me that only store credit of $17.34 no cash. only when an item is worth $9.99 and higher to get cash . I don't buy clothes here I only sell it . Bumper,

Other Mothers has great prices but most of the time it's a mess inside and what you get for two full bags of nice clothes and shoes isn't even worth it. They have a new policy where if they can't price your items at $9.99 or higher, you won't be handed any cash, just store credit (booo). I'd really only go here for the deals, never for exchanging again. Plato's Closet is more reasonable LOL

This place is great! The prices are reasonable. Things are organized and they have a play area for kids. Every interaction I've had with a staff member has been great. They are friendly and helpful. One of the best consignment shops I've been to! I wish I lived closer!

I stop in frequently to check the toddler clothes. It's usually all the same I've seen before as the same items will sit in the same spot for months. This is another 'Goodwill' type store. It's dirty and you can always expect to see a filthy kid in a saggy diaper with no parent in sight. My only real issue with the shopping experience is the Christian radio station that blares thru the store. I can only take so much of that and honestly that's what cuts my visits short. I've heard the staff comment on it too, how the owner makes them play it. Tone down the gospel

This place is a rip off. I Brought good items in. Even a snap n go stroller that I purchased at this location. A lot of the clothes I brought in still had tags on them. I called to see the out come of the items I had brought in and the person I spoke with told me I had a certain amount of cash coming back. When I got there I got my claim check got in line and the person handed me only half of what I was told over the phone. To know that they will be marking the items up and making such a huge profit on these items is upsetting. This place will never get my business. I took my items back.

Where else can I get name brand clothes and shoes for the whole family, and not break the bank? Love this place, and rarely come out of there without a new wardrobe. Jackets, pants, dresses, shoes shoes shoes....and in plus sizes too!!

We love to shop here but trying to trade our stuff is a waste we had good quality stuff and because it's missing something they won't take it....I have bought plenty of stuff that was missing stuff why can you give me even $5 for it now we're down items we just wanted to trade from boy to girl now we're out money come on guys even donations should be slightly rewarded or offer us a tax form like goodwill does!

I reluctantly visited this store. I was accustomed to their tiny location at I-17 and Bell Road in Phoenix. I am so happy that I stopped by! This place is HUGE. You won't make a mint if selling here, but the GREAT news is that if you are a frugal shopper, like me, you will be thrilled with this location! Prices cannot be beat here on clothing, accessories, toys, books and movies here. We purchased a plethora of DVD's for $1.99 each. I could spend a solid hour or two here l loading up the cart. Although they do not pay a lot of cash for your merchandise, you can get a store credit
