As an active board member participating in 3 H.O.A's, I have had the opportunity to experience the service provided by other collection agencies. I consider Red Rock Financials overall performance to be outstanding and would highly recommend they're services to other H.O.A's, said M.C. My experience with RRFS has been incredible.

This company is owned by hoa First service residential. There goal is fine the working and till they lose there house. The minute covid hit and Las Vegas was shut down they raised association fees triple so they could send missed fees to this company to make unpayable fees and start forcloser on your house. They are in ethical company who goal is steal what you earned threw sacrifice. They got no issue puting elderly or disabled vets in street long as they make bottom dollars. There fines hoa gone are insane Vegas been in drought and heat wave all year plants are dying city has you conserving water

This place is a scam. I truly believe there is some kind of collusion going to here with HOA’s in Las Vegas. As the owner of the property has been working on a cruise ship and not allowed to leave the ship in the middle of the Covid crisis. They don’t care. He called numerous times and all he got was attitude and $200.00 off an $1,100.00 bill.

As everyone has said, this collection agency is terrible. On o four properties had the HOA change management companies, claims they mail letters to the owners, residents, and property management, but how can three individual people not received any of the "numerous" notices they claim they received. They refused to talk to property management company even though this company had been managing this property for 6-7 years until a PMA was MAILED to them. They do not have an email or a fax and would not give anything in writing to confirm they received it. How suspicious is that. They would not release

They drafted a lien on my home while I am working overseas. They neglected to find me or my property manager but were successful in finding my mortgage company. They charged $2300 to collect a $200 debt because I overlooked one $100 HOA fee . Fortunately my mortgage company covered their fees in order to save my home and keep it out of for closure while I am stationed away from home, but I don't think they did a good enough job in notifying me. I never recieved a lien notice because they sent it to my tenants. They probably trashed it because it was not for them and are under no obligation to send
