I found this wonderful food truck at the Merriam farmers market this weekend and was dismayed when I found that my wallet held no cash. No worries though, fresh and tasty happily accepted my debit card! They weren't quite set up but they were happy to make me anything off their menu. I ordered a breakfast burrito with chicken sausage and eggs with cheddar cheese. The burrito is a very good size, so big in fact that my tortilla can barely hold the contents in.
