Ive found Golden Arms Placement to be Prompt professional and courteous. COMPASSION is the one word description.
Wanda is so helpful 'thank you' just does not cover it.
I have recomended this agency to several friends and will continue to do so. They too have had positive exoeriences.

If i could give 0 stars I would, warning do not send your loved one to this place they are horrible both my grandparents was placed with this facility they constantly move patients from house to house they don't have hot water they had to boil water on a stove to give my grandmom a bath and they make elderly patients lay on the floor with blankets no bed) they told me and my mom they would take her to all her appointment's and they failed to do that they also didn't even get there medications filled! Also last week my grandmom went outside for a ciggeret to smoke and they locked her out the house
