We celebrated our 5 year anniversary here and it was our very first time even coming to your establishment. We were seated right away given menus and quickly taken to wine taste which we enjoyed. Directly after wine tasting we were told to get in a line to take our order. Fine, but we were not explained the process so we didn’t even get to look at the menus to establish what we wanted. Soon as we reached the front the cashier asked our wine and dinner order we explained we didn’t get to look at the menu and could we have the options or a menu to peek at. She then told us what you had and asked

I celebrated my 56 birthday at Vinoklet winery. I frequent the winery at least two times a year if not more. I have never been disappointed until December 10, 2021. The only part of the dinner that was edible what is the steak that I cooked. I had over 20 guest who felt the same way. It was absolutely disappointing. The vegetables were soggy and the baked potatoes were over cooked. I will be making a phone call because with about 25 guest

What a fun experience with great company and good wine! The winery was beautiful and although it was a little chilly, we had a private event and the staff was AMAZING! I seasoned and grilled my own salmon (others had shrimp, chicken and steak choices) and the sides and dessert were pretty good. I'll definitely be back!

Some of the nicest and hard working people. We don't know how they do it in this current environment of resturant staff shortage - short of a miracle. We tip more bc we know how difficult it it is after owning a small business. The sweet wine and old world ambiance is worth it. The oldies seem to love the blue grass. Pro tip- make a reservation, show up on time and leave your entitlement at home.

Setting is beautiful but the service was extremely bad. We felt unwelcome upon arriving based on everyone’s general attitude and due to the fact we didn’t have a reservation (the place was completely empty). It took us 45 minutes to receive 2 wine tastings (when we were told it would take 10). We then were kicked out at 5:00 due to it being dinner service (which we were hoping to stay for dinner but not after that). It was almost comical because we would have most likely left prior to 5:00 if we received our drinks in a reasonable amount of time. I know many people like the place but I am hoping

We were so excited to try this winery close to home. Upon entering, we checked in and waited for the "wine tasting"which consisted of quickly chugging wine out of cracked plastic shot glasses. Don't like a wine? No problem, just dump it in the communal pitcher and use the same cracked cup to taste your next wine. We had to wait in line for 30 minutes to pay for our dinner. While waiting, we witness the bartender/cashier pour a frozen wine slushee, sniff it with her unmasked nose and then hand it to the guest. Gross! When we ordered the filet, we were told they were out, mind you it was only 7 PM

This is a nice restaurant to visit. The grill to perfection is a fun way to spend the evening. We make to our reservation early so you don't get caught in the rush. Some reviews say you have to do everything which is weird, it is buffet style and you do grill your meat but you don't make anything else, nor do you do clean up after yourself. The grill you own is based in the premise if a romantic night out to enjoy company while doing something. As far as the comment below about not using separators, it's a restaurant, not a jail and not all restaurants put up plexi glass. If one

Absolutely not taking Covid precautions seriously. Not limiting capacity, no dividers between tables, tables are not 6 feet apart. You cook your own food, many patrons maskless while doing so. They are doing wine tastings in the middle of the restaurant standing up without masks, server pulls down mask to talk. Guests walking around maskless.

Stopped by several wineries while traveling thru from North Carolina, KY and Ohio and this was easily the best. Great atmosphere, scenic landscape, and friendly staff. We enjoyed 9 of the 12 tastings that they offered and the pepperoni cheese plate to complement it.
Definitely recommend a stop here.

Hidden gem in Cincinnati, this place is beautiful. I loved the scenery and blue grass music. Food was pretty good also (I had the steak). The wine tasting was fun to do, but way too many sweet wines for my taste. I would come here often if I lived nearby. Only thing I would suggest is maybe having service or music outside when the weather is nice.

Since I've moved to Cincinnati I've been wanting to try Vinoklet!! So when I was invited to a Sunday wine tasting I was more than excited to go!! Now this is based solely on wine tasting experience, because I came on a Sunday around 1 pm.
I really enjoyed the wine selection, although it seems like they had more sweet options than dry. Even the semi sweet seemed just regular sweet to me. However I appreciate them letting you have soooo many samples with your tasting! Seriously enough to cover multiple glasses of wine. We ordered some little snacks which were nice but we could've

Came here on my cousin's recommendation to celebrate my promotion at work. Came on a Friday night and it was grill your own meat night and buffet. Included in the price is a half-bottle of wine with your meal, choice of meat, sides and salad bar and dessert.
You start with a wine tasting, then tell the bartender which wine you'd like and order your meal. We got there right before the dinner rush at 7 PM so the grill was wide open and there was no wait. There is a salad buffet and you get your sides at the buffet also once you're done grilling your meat. I went with the Cincinnatus

The concept is like a backyard cookout. You cook your animal protein, the host supplies the side dishes and you don't have to do any cleanup. There's also a wine tasting of a cross section of the vineyards dry to sweet red and white wines. You select the one of your choosing and your animal protein. So the place is a lot of fun. The service is good. The staff is great. We went when it was in the upper 30s to 40s. I think it'll be great when the weather is warm and accommodating of a fire or just being outdoors. Don't expect the food to be top shelf. It isn't and be prepared to get your wine. Cook

Wow, I really love this place! Even though I visited in the winter, I enjoyed the view very much. The atmosphere inside is cozy, yet sophisticated. I've heard even better things about the view in the spring, and I can't wait to go back.
I tried the wine sampler, and they all were very very tasty. It's safe to say there's something there for everybody. I ended up bringing a couple of different bottles home with me.
I definitely recommend spending some time here if you get the chance! I met the owner as well as the manager, and they both were great.

We stopped here today. This was the first time we were there and we did not go to eat. We went to try the wine and on this day they had a festival going on outside. We did not know that we just saw the sign on the interstate and thought we'd go try it.
The grounds were pretty and it looks like they had lots of little places you can tuck into and have a glass of wine and sit at a table. We went in and tried several samples of wine and ended up taking a couple of bottles home. The wine was not expensive and I found it was very good.

It WASN'T 5 stars because:
- The meat and cheese board consisted of the pre-cut, pre-made cheese trays you get at the grocery store for cheap work events or a kid's party. For $8, I guess I can't be too mad, but I'd rather have paid $18 and had some unique and fresh cheeses with some meat besides slices of pepperoni.
- The indoor venue feels dated. It hasn't been updated in maybe two decades. The exterior seating area would be very cool during a storm, as it's a 3-season room. I can imagine parts of the outdoor space feeling very romantic at night when lit up

Atmosphere = 5
Service = 5
Wine = 4.5
Entree sides and desserts = 3.5
If you are looking for a romantic evening with your significant other, Vinoklet is the place to go but only if you go on the weekend for the "Grilled to Perfection" night. The steak and mashed potatoes were delicious. They could of had better options for the salad, vegetables and the desserts. The only options for salad was iceberg lettuce, onions and tomatoes with either Italian, ranch or French. For vegetables - baby carrots or mixed vegetables with carrots. Overall, I still had a great meal with just the potatoes

Oh my stars, I had the best time at Vinoklet! I grew up in Cincinnati and lived in the area until I was 27 yet somehow never made it to Vinoklet until this past weekend. What a delightful time I had!
Even though the rain was POURING, I could tell that this vineyard boasts beautiful views and picturesque landscapes. I HAVE to come back when the sun is out because the other pictures I have seen make this place look like anything but Ohio. It is incredible. Anyway, let me tell you about my dinner.
Making a reservation for Vinoklet's dinner was simple. I called and they were able to get
